This was our 1st visit to Domoishi and it did not disappoint!! Casey was our counter helper and it was Christmas Eve! You order at an order station to the right of the door and it was very easy. (They also have menus close by if you need more information.) I ordered the ramen with chicken broth and chicken as a protein. It came with boiled egg, noodles (of course) edamame, scallions, and corn! Choice of spice also. I chose hot for an extra .50c. It was worth it! I love soup and this was top of the list!!! This fusion place very far from our home. But we want to try their food due to Asian Fusion. The place is big compared to many Asian fusion place. Order and pickup at the counter. I got the brown sugar boba which is good. For the meal, we got the short rib and chicken combo. The food is just so so that we can cook in our own kitchen. We also got the trio musubi. Went here for the first time after seeing them on Fox News. Ordering was super easy with a kiosk on the side or you can order at the counter. We ordered the Ramen noodle bowl as well as a poke bowl. Both were super fresh and tasty and just the right amount of spice for the Ramen bowl and the spicy tuna on the poke bowl. Plenty of seating inside and super friendly staff! read more

Spent 50 dollars at this establishment and the meat tasted bad no type of flavor just the taste of dirty meat. The rice was so bland. They probably had this made yesterday and just slapped it on the plate and served it. The place itself was nice but when you step inside it didn't even smell like food. I don't typically visit this part of town, but ever since my hairstylist relocated to this plaza, I've started coming by once a month, and I'm glad I did. This is the only Hawaiian restaurant I've tried in the area, and it instantly reminded me of the meals we had in Hawaii nine years ago. The flavors are light and well-balanced, not bland, overly sweet, or overpowering. I had the orange chicken with white rice and macaroni noodles and requested light sauce since heavy sauce often makes the chicken soggy. To my surprise, the dish was better than what I've had at upscale Asian restaurants, and the portion was generous. I saved half for lunch the next day! My daughter had the kids' ramen noodle bowl with miso broth. It didn't include protein or veges , just noodles and broth, but she really enjoyed the flavor. At just $5, it was a steal. Our entire lunch came to around $20, hard to find a better deal in the Tampa Bay area. read more

A little spot next to my gym. My friend recommended it and i can say for a fact he wasn't wrong. I ended up having the tonkatsu Ramen, chicken friend rice, passion fruit smoothie and gyosas. The ramen was pretty average but the same can't be said about the rice. That rice was amazing bold flavors and very filling; another thing that is great is the positions they are very big you definitely get your moneys worth. Over all the experience was very nice with my significant other would recommend it but the service is a hit or miss i've been here twice and gotten two completely different experiences. From the moment we walked in to the time we left I loved this place. Staff greeted us and was so friendly. Helped with clarification of some menu items. I got the bbq chicken fried rice and a peach berry tea. Hubs got ramen. Food is made fresh to order. The tea was fabulous! My bbq chicken fried rice was great. So much flavor. Loved that it also had pineapple in it. Something about pineapple in fried rice. Yum! Located in a strip plaza with plenty of parking. There are plenty of tables for dining in. New spot my wife and I tried. Thai was suggest by a very close friend. It has been 3 weeks since we got back from Hawaii and o was craving the food. This place had items on the menu that reminded me of HI. The portions are pretty good size. Even though is 98 degrees outside I could not resist the ramen. It was flavorful and the noodles are perfectly cooked. We also got the short ribs and chicken combo which was enough for two people to eat. They have a good selection of drinks from smoothies to boba teas. They have regular drinks too if you don't like any of those. You can dine in, take it to go, or order online. Stopped here for lunch and to check it out. I had the Spicy Poke Bowl and my wife had the Hawaiian combo plate. We also had an order of Spam Musubi. The Spam Musubi was very fresh and good. My Spicy Poke Bowl was excellent. Very fresh and with a lot of flavor. I would definitely go back and order it again. My wife's combo was ok. The three meats: chicken, pork and Kalbi ribs were all good, but could have had a little more flavor. Will go back again as she wants to try the Ramen next time. Came here on a whim. Service was pretty quick and the food came out fairly fast too. We took it to go so didn't really get good shots of it but it was really tasty and the portions are good for sharing especially if you get the sampler plate. The cashier today as super nice, and helpful. All of the staff is very polite and attentive. They say welcome in and have a good day. I normally get boba from here, but sometimes the boba is hard. So not sure if it's been sitting or the mixture. Bobas not cheap, I worked at a pho place, and I know it takes a while to make for the day. The temperature has to be just right. I love the jasmine tea boba and the lychee rose with out the rainbow jelly. I definitely recommend both. The ambiance is inviting and feels like home. read more

This is like a bland Panda Express with Asian dishes, poke, ramen, and boba. Their front window says modern Hawaiian, but I don't see that at all. If you want Hawaiian go to Aloha to Go. They have three locations one even in Palm Harbor. We ordered the shrimp which did not agree with me at all. It seemed over cooked too because of the texture being a bit rubbery. There was a huge mountain of rice and a little bit of macaroni salad and cabbage. There's sauce on the side. My hubby had the orange chicken which appears to be a lot bc of the batter on the chicken but not so much chicken. He paid a dollar extra for fried rice which was still very plain. These new restaurants I make a point not to order much in case it's not all that. I'm glad I didn't order anything else. I was tempted to order a crunchy spam musubi which is almost $10. Glad I did not. Our fave here was the Mac salad which they forgot initially so they gave us a good amount. In addition, the to-go bag is cute. First time ever not only at this spot but eating this type of cuisine and it is delicious! Haven't had spam since I was a kid when my grandma would make it. I got the musubi trio and beef Gyoza. WOW, I'm so glad I found this great restaurant. I went by myself the first time and had lunch. The food was so good that I came back the very next day with my BF. The Kalua pork, ramen soup and the BBQ beef were so tasty and delicious! You get a huge portion size for the price. We live over 30 minutes away from here but will definitely go out of our way to come back as much as possible. PS. The service was wonderful too! read more

I want to start by saying, we were excited to try this new place & really wanted to love it. The reusable carryout bag is nice and everything was fresh & high quality, but the flavors were very bland & boring. The Hawaiian Soy Garlic Chicken was like Chinese sesame chicken without the sauce. The Hawaiian Crispy Chicken was about the same, no flavor. The macaroni salad had a weird taste & pasta was overcooked and mushy. The best thing we tried were the Spring Rolls, similar to Filipino lumpia spring rolls. Finally, the Peach Green Tea was alright, but not great. They need to use more sauce & add some sweet dishes, like pineapple chicken or teriyaki chicken & we'll be back! read more

Overall was very impressed and will definitely be back, though will also try one of the other ramen options for comparison.

I really loved mine, the pork was flavorful and cooked perfectly, the broth was rich and delicious, and the spice level was spot on without being overwhelming. My wife really enjoyed her ramen as well and was happy with her choice. We also ordered an appetizer of gyoza. They were good and enjoyable, though nothing especially standout compared to the ramen. The restaurant is close by for us, which is a big plus. The staff is very friendly, the place was clean, and service was fast, we had our food in about 10 minutes. My friends ordered the Korean Hot Dog with potato half-dog, half-cheese and the hibachi. The cheese pull on the Korean hot dog was insanneee, my friend had couldn't keep pulling w arm because it kept going lol. The service was excellent, our server was attentive, funny, cleared all our empty plates, and was very on top of it. Our food came out fast! The ramen was delicious and the spice was the perfect kind that gave it great flavor but didn't have the nose running. The toppings on the Takoyaki were generous with a great texture. My oolong tea was a bit on the watery side but it's brewed fresh so I didn't mind. My friends loved their hibachi, I had a bite of the veggies and they were cooked to perfection. They said the miso soup and yum yum was on the sweet side which they weren't the biggest fan of but was obsessed with everything else.
