In the many years we've been frequenting China Wok, it keeps getting better. Tonight, the friendly staff prepared for me the Honey Chicken combo and Sweet & Sour Pork combo for Husband. Both entrees with fried rice were fresh and delicious. We didn't have room for the egg rolls, but they will make excellent snacks tomorrow. This is basically a take out restaurant, but with seats & tables, you CAN eat here. Tonight, we decided to bring it home. That way we could unbutton a button or two without embarrassment, to make room for more food! read more

Egg roll wrappers were tough and hard to chew. Pork chop suey and chicken with broccoli terribly bland. Sorry, don't recommend.

This place use to be great!! I moved here a year ago and use to order from this place all the time. Within the last six months they must've sold the place. I ordered a to go meal. And it was horrible. The wonton soup tasted horrible. I ordered sweet-and-sour chicken. It was absolutely horrible tasteless and horrible. I will never go back there again. I would rather go to China 1 just passed Nebraska on 19 in the Publix Plaza. That place is amazing. Do not go to this place anymore it's horrible. They had to have sold it to somebody. My wife and I have been ordering from this wonderful family restaurant for years. I've always had won ton soup (homemade), pork fried rice (so tasty!) and shrimp in lobster sauce, my favorite ! My wife loves their beef dishes and the pu pu platter. Lots of lovely appetizers in that! Tonight, I asked for the Singapore noodle dish. This delicious and delightful dinner took me back to my time in Singapore, eating at the hawker centers. Wow! I'll order this again and again , extra spicy next time. Thank you! read more

I have been here three times now, each time the food is fresh and delicious. Food is prepared as you order. Service is pretty quick. The portions are big enough to last for 2 meals. This is definitely a take-out place. I think there may be one table to eat at? read more

This is one of our favorite little Chinese takeout restaurants around. We've tried several others but none are as good as China Wok. They are quick and convenient, they always give you large portions and they are friendlier than the others. We're been doing here for years now and have never been disappointed. read more

I almost never leave negative ratings because I don't want to interfere with anyone's livelihood. But this food was so bad I feel compelled to warn people away. The egg rolls were dry and bland. The spareribs were slimy(?!) and not at all like spareribs in most other places. Everything was bland. I had it delivered, so I can't comment on the restaurant, just the food. China Wok used to be my go to Chinese take-out place since 2009. However the quality has gone WAY DOWN since then. Their dumplings for example used to be freshly made and now are instead the frozen kind you can buy from Walmart. Their food now is just OK, but I have never got sick eating at China Wok though. read more

I will give this place 5 stars since I have been here so many times, I only walked out this place once when I could not get service but that was years ago. Staff seems to be nice & always busy, could use some AC in the place though, back door seems to be open a lot. I did have the #60 Chicken with almonds/ding & I tell yu, the gas I had was unbearable! Something awful, I will never order that again. But sometimes Chinese food does that, good location. Always has the order up when they say it will be & good food, great portions. read more

We have tried many Chinese restaurants in our area & this is my favorite. I ordered the Hot & Spicy Shrimp off their $5.95 lunch specials. It is consistently excellent & a great value. I find that no matter what dish I order here, the vegetables are amazingly fresh. That may sound like a little thing, but it makes a big difference in flavor. Nothing tastes like it came out of a can. The shrimp dish today was a large portion & full of flavor & seasoning. The fried rice continues the theme of fresh. The cut up pieces of vegetables & pork in the rice are all fresh, & the rice is not heavy or oil-laden. This was a very satisfying meal. The restaurant itself mostly caters to take out orders. There are only 3 tiny tables in there. Take out however is probably the way to go, as there is little atmosphere inside. read more

Lo Mein was pretty good, boneless ribs weren't bad! Fried dumplings were almost inedible!!! They looked like big clouds of dough with a small piece of meat inside. Ate half of one the rest went in the garbage. So yukkkk It's not NY Chinese food by far. The hot n sour soup was ehhh, the egg foo young wasn't good and tasted burnt. Have been ordering take out from here for years. It's never been great, just pass-able in a pinch. But last night's dinner was not even edible. Bourbon chicken was tough, dry, strange color and texture. Tasted like at least a week old. We ended up tossing the entire meal in the garbage, and I don't think I've ever done that in my entire life! Was truly afraid that it would make us sick. Sorry China Wok. Watch your receipt! The decided that they deserved a tip - they added $2.00 to my $9.47 carry out order - I guess hoping that I wouldn't notice. This restaurant is a joke. I have no idea how the food tastes because it never came. We ordered delivery and waited an hour, like the website said it would take. I then called to see how much longer it would be, only to find out that they had just cancelled my order 10 minutes earlier. They gave me no explanation that made sense, and insisted that it was fine because they sent me an email and told me that I should of checked it. I informed them that it would have been better to call me, instead of making me wait the full hour. They insisted that it was fine because I wasn't charged. I checked my e-mail, and sure enough, there was one there. It was dated 50 minutes after I place the order, citing that they couldn't deliver due to the weather outside. It was slightly raining. Had I known about the problem with delivery, I would have gone to pick it up. They gave me no such option and therefore I recommend that you do not eat here. If they treat their delivery customers like that, I would hate to see how they treat you in person. read more
