Great facial with fairly competitive prices. My partner and I did the undecided facial where the aesthetician picked out the steps for us based on our skin's needs. It was a wonderful experience and both aestheticians were super well versed, very gentle and very informative. I did have a minor breakout afterwards on a spot that was already a problem before the facial. And perhaps one of the steps irritated my skin and made it worse. Otherwise everything else about it was wonderful, my skin felt refreshed and hydrated for at least a few days afterwards and the mist toner that was suggested for me has been a great addition to my skin routine. We managed to get in right before the price hike, but we'll probably be coming back once or twice next year to get a seasonal facial. read more

I came here for a bikini wax and was very disappointed. I did not see Lynn as stated in previous reviews but she did not come up as an option when I booked. The woman who did my wax was nice, but it took forever. It was a basic bikini and it took half an hour. She went over and over the same spots many times. She attempted to tweeze hairs she couldn't reach, and it was painful so I had to tell her I could tweeze those myself later. She also left wax in my hair/on my skin. My butt cheeks are currently glued together. There was no mention of trimming. Overall, she was nice, but I wonder if she is new. But if you are looking for a bikini wax then I would look elsewhere. read more

As soon as I stepped foot in Cheeks & Co, I felt calm. The ambiance and the staff immediately put me at ease. I loved the white noise machine in my facial room! Tina was my glow giver. She knew exactly what my problems were just by looking at my skin. My facial was so relaxing, and I could really feel it working on my skin. After it was over, Tina recommended a serum from their shop. I've been using it several times a week and the bumps I was experiencing on my forehead are almost gone. I got the Smooth Operator with the micro dermabrasion and after over a year of Covid and masks it was definitely necessary! I called everywhere looking for a same day appointment and this was the only place that could take me. I woke up with my face feeling puffy and my rosacea flaring up making my bare face look like I put on too much blush, so I knew I was in dire need of a facial. First off, very relaxing energy as soon as I entered. I was offered water or tea, I went for the green tea. When it was my turn, I met (I think her name was Shelby) my esthetician and she asked me to get ready and lay down. The second I laid in the bed I felt so comfortable. The position was slightly inclined and really relaxed my back. Once she came in, we decided I needed the soother facial. The entire process was so relaxing and once I finished, my face felt absolutely amazing. I was so happy and my puffy cheeks went down significantly. I ended up buying a jade roller because how could I not, after the results. It was my first time but certainly not my last! Considering becoming a member so I can come regularly! I'm honestly very disappointed with the customer service my boyfriend and I received today. This is my second time going to this shop for wax services. The first time I came into the shop (i'm new to the area so i've been looking for a new wax place) I was greeted with a very nice front desk person and received great services during my wax. So much so I was enticed to buy some of there products. In total I spent around $300 my first time coming into the shop. This second time I was extremely excited to come in considering my prior experience. As soon as my boyfriend and I walked in for my services today I was met by a rude front desk associate (Corinne). She started off with a dirty look.. she didn't say hi or welcome. I let her know I was there for a wax. She then stated I needed to fill out a "new client" form which had already been done prior. After said I had been there before she rudely cut me off and said I needed to fill out another one cause I wasn't in the system. I then filled out the forms again and proceeded with my services. My wax by Lynn was awesome! She was so nice and the services were around 20 minutes for an upper lip, under arm, and full brazilian. During this time my boyfriend was waiting for me in the lobby area. I assumed everything was fine coming out of my appointment. However, I then returned back to Corinne's horrible attitude. She asked how I was going to pay as soon as I walked out (didn't ask about my services whatsoever). My boyfriend then got up and asked how much the services were. She then stated "Your going to pay?" with a condescending tone. My boyfriend then said yes and she stated "How are YOU going to pay?" with a condescending tone again. My bf said he could pay with whatever and she stated "Cash. Card. Which is it?". My bf then proceeded to pay her for my services with cash. It was $109 in total and my boyfriend paid her $120 and said to give the rest as tip. She counted the bills and rudely said "this is only $100". My bf asked to see the bills and proceeded to count them in front of her and they came out to $120. She didn't apologize for her mistake or being rude leaving me upset by the whole situation. My boyfriend then proceeded to tell me his experience with Corinne while I was receiving my services. Within the 20 minute service I received, Corinne proceeded to harass my bf 4 times. The first time she went up to him asking for him to sit up after she seen him leaning against a wall while he was sitting in the lobby area. Then she proceeded to tell him to turn down his phone while he was working. He turned the volume down significantly and she still decided to confront him again asking him to turn off his phone completely. He then asked what the issue was, she stated "we have customers and you're disrupting the environment." He said that the music that they were playing is significantly higher than his phone and he's the only one in the lobby. She then stated "We're going to have clients coming in shortly. I'm going to need you to turn off your phone or you can be escorted out". He then turned off his phone and continued to wait for me. They both heard me laugh while I was having a conversation with Lynn in my service and she then turned to my boyfriend and said "you have no idea what's going on in there".. ( what was the point of saying that?).. Also, aren't we customers as well.. Overall I hate to say how unprofessional and unwelcoming this women Corinne really was. Coming from a family of business owners and my bf owning his own businesses as well, we were truly baffled by this experience. As we all know customer service is of utmost importance. Knowing that this women was the "face" of this company while being able to subject customers with this treatment is really concerning. I understand my boyfriend and I are both young and people of color but no person should EVER be subjected to this treatment. I can only wonder if my boyfriend and I were also caucasian like this women, would we have been treated to this standard as soon as we walked in? Regardless they just lost a customer that would have been a long term client with basic human decency. POC please be warned. read more

Can't say enough good things about my experiences at Cheeks & Co! I've had 3 microdermabrasion facials there (and will be going back right away as soon as we're able to go out again!) My age spots have gotten lighter, they've recommended some wonderful products I bought and love (but did not feel pressured into buying), and every esthetician I've seen has been lovely to talk to and done a really great job! I signed up for the monthly membership after my first appointment, and it's been a great way to stay on track with my skin care. And ADORABLE place to boot! read more
