I'm 29 weeks pregnant and got an amazing natural facial from one of the clinicians at Cheeks & Co. I was really needing some relaxation and self care and I had the best facial. She asked good questions, stayed away from any chemicals that weren't safe during pregnancy. I was so relaxed and my face felt hydrated and refreshed after. I was overall very happy with my experience, it helped my with my skin issue and was overall pleasant and fun. I came to Cheeks & Co needing an extraction but beyond that had no idea and I'm not very well versed in skin beauty language. I picked the "we figure it out when you get here" facial, which I loved because I didn't have to know exactly what I needed but that I could come in, talk to a person, get a recommendation and figure it out together. Picking detailed procedure from a list online feels daunting to me so I loved this format. I arrived and had a very nice experience, the venue was nice and clean, chic but not overwhelming. The aesthetician that helped me was delightful; Knowledgeable and overall nice to be around. This was my first time getting a facial and I enjoyed my experience! First off, the front desk lady was so nice. My friend and I were running on low battery and she charged both our phones while we were getting our services done. They use the product they display on shelf when you first walk in, and they did a consultation, exfoliation, gua sha and LED light therapy on me. I had a facial with Ann Jeanette (or AJ). Unfortunately I don't know how the sweet thing spells it. She has angel hands and a nurturing voice and presence. I never knew a facial could be so therapeutic. I've never really gotten the point but now I'm hooked. It's pricey but WELL worth the cost. The $50 facial for people in a hurry was what I got. I have no idea what's it's actually called, haha. She then gave me the "undecided" because I had no idea what I needed. She educated me on my skin, gave me a new mask for my oh-so-clean face and warmly invited me back. The whole experience fit my budget and the value for the money - it's money well spent. I've been coming here for about 6 months for my bikini wax, I love Lynn so much. She's always so pleasant and does an amazing job. Also, I tried my first facial today and as a person who gets facials monthly, it was very good. My skin feels glowy, hydrated and radiant. I'm excited to see how my skin improves with each month. They're amazing in here! If you're looking for non-toxic facial on the eastside, look no further. I saw Michelle and she was wonderful. I came in to troubleshoot some post-summer sun damage, I had some areas of darker pigmentation so she tailored the facial to that and it was perfect for me. She helped me figure out an at-home protocol to keep doing and I picked up what I needed at the salon before I left. The areas were lighter/less noticeable when I left the salon, and even better when I woke up the next morning! The facial massage and products were divine also, I can't wait to come back. read more

10/10 experience!! i was looking for a last minute place to get my brows done and came across cheeks & co on yelp. i fell in love with the cute aesthetic and had to give it a try! i called and rachel (who was super nice!) was able to get me a same day waxing appointment with lynn. the space itself was cute, and had a calming vibe to it. they made sure to check vaccination prior to, which i appreciated! lynn shaped my brows so beautifully and it was one of the quickest and relatively painless eyebrow waxes. i told her i wanted to keep the shape and just clean up my brows and she DELIVERED! i will definitely be a return client to cheeks & co and recommend to anyone looking for a spot in pasadena for waxing, facials, and more. read more

I had my first facial here about a month ago and cannot wait to return! Justin was so warm and fun - he never made me feel self-conscious about my skin the way other estheticians have in the past. (I'm sorry I skip sunscreen sometimes!!!) Over the years, I've had varying degrees of commitment to regular facials, mostly because of the pain - I swear a nerve connects my nose to my right toe because it would uncontrollably twitch whenever I had extractions done ... along with tears in my eyes.
