UPDATE: I am updating my review as the business reached out to me kindly and we came to an agreement that there was a misunderstanding. O appreciate them doing this and I will return for another facial where I will share my experience and report back. Scammy business. Found them on Groupon and per the Groupon instructions called them to confirm availability before purchasing the Groupon. They advised they would honor the Groupon price. Ok, sure. No prob, I rather pay the business directly. They honored the Groupon price. I added an add-on to my service, which is normally priced at $20, but they charged me $30 for it. You could hear them talking about charging me $30 for it vs $20 since I was a Groupon deal (assuming it's already money lost for them). You can hear *everything* because there is no separation between "rooms". Just curtains. My fault for not saying anything in the moment... Outside of this, as alluded to, there are no rooms so there is no privacy or sense of relaxation. If you don't want to be on Groupon because you won't make $$ off of it, then take yourself off. No one is being forced to put themselves on that platform. read more

Make an appointment with Jody if you're in the area and in need of a facial! I made an appointment with Jody for a Sunday afternoon and she was flexible when I had to make last minute changes. All Love is located in Old Town Pasadena and I parked a block away on the streets. I came in for my Sunday 3pm appointment and it was easy for me to find a parking spot. Jody was super nice and sweet and had to lay down for my facial and lash lift. I had requested for a basic facial because she's doing a $79 promo (what a steal!). She explained every step of the process and informed me what's being put on my face after her analysis of my skin. I found out that I had dry skin so she put masks/serums on my skin that hydrates my skin. They use all natural ingredients that aren't harsh for the face and I can feel my skin soaking in the masks and after the appointment, any redness I had on my skin was gone. Jody was the sweetest. She told me what to incorporate in my skincare routine in which I will after her recommendation. Also got a lash lift for the first time through her! She's been doing my lashes for years now so anything lash related, I trust her best judgment. Definitely a must try place if you like natural ingredients and I highly recommend Jody for a facial and lash lift. read more

Her extractions are thorough and she places a strong emphasis on leaving the skin very clean. She's fun to chat with and I was relaxed the whole time. I have had facials here from all of the estheticians and always received amazing care! Everyone is so knowledgeable and kind. I always leave the spa with radiant and glowing skin. The spa uses vegan, all natural products which is amazing for my sensitive/combo skin. I have personally used them and have seen a difference in my skin and get less breakouts. We had a Groupon for this experience for $60 and they upsold us $20 more per person bc apparently the Groupon facial didn't include a massage. We tried to ask about what was included in the Groupon facial and they were really vague. It was our anniversary and we wanted to have a memorable experience so we were like okay let's just spend the $20 each so that we get the massage as well. The facial was fine but to our surprise the massage was with a massage gun. We felt a bit cheated because we wouldn't have paid extra for that, a massage gun isn't a massage. We easily could've done that at home with our own massage gun. Wish we hadn't been upsold in that way and misled to pay more otherwise I would've had no problem with this place! read more

I was gifted a gift card for a facial at All Love Collections. Scheduling was easy online, and I received a reminder text message. The facility is cute, quaint, and clean. The decor is a tropical beach vibe, which was right up my alley. The music is soft, comforting, and relaxing. My facial was so relaxing! If I didn't have so many questions (which Kat so generously and patiently answered for me) I would have fell asleep for sure. I get facials often, I'm a BW member, looking to find a cost effective option, bought the Groupon, coming here proved to me that BW is exceptional, too many flashing lights, music is too loud, mediocre facial, every time they put a mask they left me and I could hear their conversations, BW gives a real massage, lotion with heated mitts and table, this place used a vibrating wand that did nothing, didn't feel they cleaned my face, pushy upsell on their membership and products. I could have done the same facial at home on my own. All Love Collections just isn't for me. Clearly they have an abundance of positive reviews, which is what led me to book, but it wasn't the experience I had hoped for. Their online booking system was easy to make an appointment. I booked a Hydro Facial specifically. I arrived on time for my appointment and walked in and there was no greeting just a quick asking if it was my first time and clipboard handed to me with no other words. I figured out it was the consent form and signed it accordingly. One of the estheticians brings me to a small little covering where the table is and gives me a robe to change into. When she returns she tells me that she knows I booked a hydro facial but based on looking at my skin I need more and a custom facial (at this point she hadn't even made eye contact with me let alone looked at my skin at all). I told her I wasn't interested and just wanted what I booked. She said not to worry about it and I'll still pay the original amount. Before I'm even settled she starts talking to me about their membership program and why I should sign up. I do understand sales is part of their job, and I understand promoting a perk, but at this point my facial hadn't even started and I am trying to relax and enjoy my time. What proceeded to follow wasn't great. I can appreciate that I received more services for a discounted rate, but once again I just wanted what I booked an appointment for. I ended up getting painful extractions done on my chin without asking and there were a lot of very rude criticisms and insults about my skin throughout the facial. I once again understand this is a marketing strategy to make someone feel like your services are the solution but it is not a good look. The only part of the facial I actually enjoyed was the pumpkin enzyme facial, which smelt really good. I think at some point during the facial I also got a different esthetician, but my eyes were covered, so I can't say for sure. I'm not even sure I got the actual suctioning hydro facial at all, which is literally all I wanted. After ending and going to check out, the esthetician once again pushed their membership and their products as well. It took me declining over three separate times for the esthetician to give up. It was so incredibly aggressive. After paying and tipping (regardless of my experience), I also had a QR code pushed at me to write a Google review. My husband was waiting right beside me and he was baffled by the whole interaction. This just isn't the type of environment and vibe I look for when I'm looking for a facial. I was stressed out the whole time. My skin feels soft but that's about it. I will not be returning, but hopefully other guests will continue to have better experiences! read more

I've been on the hunt for a great facial spot, and I'm so glad to have found this place. The ambiance is really relaxing, clean and peaceful music is playing while you get your facial done. Everyone was really friendly and all products used are vegan. Kathy did my hydrafacial and she was really thorough with what products were being used and what it's going to help with. It was so relaxing and at the end comes with a quick massage. I ended up getting a great membership deal for 5 facials for $450- it can be used on any type of facial they offer. Your friends and family can also use your membership which I think is great and I also received two free products. Scheduling my appointment was easy, and just a quick phone call - however you can also schedule appointments online. There's a parking lot next door - but that's $10 for the whole day. However if you go up Green St and Fair Oaks, there's a bigger parking structure on the left and parking should be cheaper there by a couple of dollars. I had the first facial in my life here today. My friend and I had a girls day and both had the 60 min anti-aging facial. The facial included a variety of masks, extractions, and lights. It was a very good experience and my esthetician explained each treatment and their purpose and recommended products and skin care routine practices based on my combination skin type. I scheduled a lash lift thru ClassPass, and the owner said she'd take care of me. When we finished, I noticed all my lashes were crimped at a 90 degree angle in diff directions. And a section of lashes on my left eye were short or missing. When I asked what happened she tried to say they looked great, then said, that's how my lashes were coming in but she didn't mention anything, and then she admitted to messing them up and offered to give me a free facial and lash lift from the actual technician, bc she doesn't usually do them. Everytime I've called to schedule an appt, they're "all booked up" and I'm not sure if I should just take it as a sign I should never go back. read more

My husband and I came in for a facial and extraction on a Saturday. The place was so cute and incredibly clean. There was plenty of free parking in the plaza. Vanessa did both of our facials and extractions and she was amazing! She always checked in to make sure I was doing ok like with pain from the extractions or if the steam was too warm. The facial was so soothing and my skin is so glowy! We also met the owner Kim and she was so nice and friendly! In the end Vanessa talked to us about our skin and provided recommendations on how to take care of our skin and areas to focus on more. Not for those who have sensitive or dry skin. Overall, I experienced the following: 1. Lack of attention to detail 2. Lack of understanding on how to approach dry/sensitive skin 3. A push to sell their products 4. Miscommunication issues I showed up early and completed the form that says that the facialist and I will talk about my medical history and I even wrote down on the form my allergies and skin condition (eczema). The facialist did not ask about how my skin was feeling at the start of the appointment nor did she talk to me about any potential allergies or alternatives for unscented products. I was lucky to catch her before she put tea tree products on my face, which I am allergic to. Afterwards, products that included lavender were used on my face without checking if it would be compatible. It was not... Additionally, I requested a hydrating facial but my face was double exfoliated (chemical and physical) which left my face feeling raw and irritated. After the facial, they tried to charge me for a more expensive facial claiming that they did a "more personalized facial", which I did not ask for. In the end, they charged me for the hydrating facial. So, I was apparently given a treatment that I did not ask for nor was my skin compatible with. Finally, and I think one of the more disappointing facts, is that I did come to the appointment with some makeup on and also left with some makeup still on my face. I said that I could remove it myself at the beginning of the appointment but they told me they would take care of it with their products during the facial. At the end of the facial, I looked in the mirror to see how my skin looked and I still had makeup on my face. Mascara was smeared all over my under eyes. Another weird note is that part of the facial included a massage of the neck and shoulders, which they used a massage gun for. I've never experienced this before and it felt out of place and not up to my expectations for a facial. I have been to a variety of places to receive a facial and I think that this location lacks actual quality facialists who understand skin, how to take care of it, and just a lack of attention to detail. This place left my skin irritated and I ended up having to wash my face thoroughly when I got home to remove the strongly scented products from my face and it took days for my skin to get back to normal. Those with dry, sensitive skin should think twice before coming here! read more
