I got confused with my appointment time by half an hour, and they charged me the whole amount of my facial without providing a service. On top of that they charged me 160 to cancel my membership. Took my friend here the week of her wedding last month and we loved it! I was delighted to see every facial included a neck massage, which was much needed to relieve some nerves for my friend. We both got the face trainer. Anjanette was very friendly and thorough. My friend was informed by her aesthetician that her face was uneven which is why the aesthetician spent more time with the wand on my friend's right side (so detailed!). I loved how Anjanette put on chapstick at the end of the facial as well. I find my lips always dry after facials, yet it's quite rare for places to offer chapstick. read more

Wow. Wow. WOW!! If you were thinking about it, just book it and you will not regret it. I haven't had a facial in 9 years and decided it was time to invest in myself and get a facial. I was honestly nervous because my previous experience was never great. Whenever I got facials in the past I'm always clenching or flinching because the extractions are so painful and I left the place looking like a scabbed up face!! But cheeks & co was a completely different experience. I got the undecided (spoil me 90minute). After talking with Anjanette she decided to focus on smoothing and hydrating. I fell asleep multiple times! That's how relaxed I was. Her extractions were PAINLESS! When she told me it was time for extractions I started clenching but then realized that it didn't hurt at all!! I was like what?!!?! After completing my facial, my face was literally glowing and so smooth!!!! I already scheduled my next facial with her!! Payment... first of all I really get uncomfortable with places that push their products on you. As I was about to pay, they didn't mention anything about their products. They just asked me how everything was and if I had any questions. I was the one who asked about their products and ended up leaving with some goodies!!! Carly then explained their membership (in a non pushy way) which is such an amazing deal if you are planning on getting facials monthly!! And yep, I signed up for it too! Amazing experience! Such an awesome experience we decided to get a membership. This is the epitome of facials. You come out feeling relaxed, taken care of, and renewed. Our faces looked especially good about 4 days later. Once the treatment settles in. The place is clean, cute and convenient. Parking can sometimes be a bit of a hassle as you need street parking and the local coffee places draw for covering parking spots. There is an place to park across the street as well if no street parking is available. Either way well worth a visit! read more

I cannot say enough great things about Cheeks & Co. My first experience with them was a last minute eyebrow waxing appointment a month prior. They were able to welcome me as a walk in and my brows have never looked so good! It was actually during my brow appointment that I was told about their facials. I decided to come back a month later with my mother (Spanish speaking) and my niece. My mother often feels shy about going to places because she's Spanish speaking but everyone at Cheeks and Co were so welcoming and supportive that by the end of her facial she asked that we come back sooner rather than later. My niece's skin was glowing after her facial. As for myself, my facial fulfilled all my skin care needs. I did not sign up for their membership because I no longer live in LA but every time I visit I make sure I schedule an appointment since they are now a big part of my self care. read more

Relaxing and productive appointment here! Susanne made my facial a great experience. She is gentle, soothing, and knowledgeable. I love the products she used and recommended. The Tidalshift face serum has a lovely light, natural fragrance. Surfacemoves cleanser, also by Cheeks & Co is refreshing and smoothing. I also got the Josh Rosebrook daily toner and love that too. I had an amazing facial with Justin Meeks at Cheeks & Co. It was the first time I had Microcurrent done and now I'm hooked. Justin's calming nature, explanation of the amazing products being used, how microcurrent works, and the overall esthetic of the spa, made this one of the best facials I've ever had. My skin is rejuvenated and glowing! Justin also gave me valuable advice on how to take better care of my skin at home as well. I am so glad that I made this appointment. Justin is LOVELY. I have a hyperactive, erratic energy, and I'm always a little nervous in settings that are supposed to be calming and relaxing (I know that's weird, but it's true). But Justin made me feel comfortable, and was totally cool with me chatting with him during my facial. Jess gave me a facial that was out of this world. You have to ask for her. You will melt into "Cheeks" Uber comfy lounger and she will transform your skin like you cannot believe. I've had two treatments with Justin and I have loved both times. He is so attentive and thorough. I really appreciate how thoughtful he is in his approach. He is so helpful at the end with any questions but isn't pushy about anything. The room I've been in both times is cozy and comfortable. I will say that it isn't soundproof so you can hear other people's conversations pretty clearly next from the next room. The first facial I had here was really next level. Super attentive and really felt it was tailored to my individual needs. She discussed full condition of skin and used a range of products and treatments that left me glowing! Unfortunately that aesthetician is no longer there. So I booked with someone else. I booked to go a couple of weeks ago and the night before my treatment I was exposed to covid at an event. I called first thing the following morning to let them know that as a precaution and in both parties best interest it was best I didn't come in for my facial. Whilst I understand and respect the cancellation policy (albeit conflicting, as the booking form says six hours but the email and online says twelve) - I think it's an absolute disgrace that you charge clients 50% of the charge for someone who wanted to protect your staff. I felt fine so could have easily come in but out of respect chose not to 'just in case' but was charged nonetheless. The facials might be good but the customer service is deplorable! Take my advice and go somewhere that values loyalty and customer experience. Won't be returning! read more

First impressions are very important and Cheeks & Co did not disappoint! I was able to make my appointment for an eyebrow wax very conveniently online. When I arrived for my appointment the lady at the front desk (I cannot remember her name) was very personable and professional! I waited a few minutes (I was early) in the lobby and then I was introduced to Jill. Jill was so quick, efficient, personable, and very warm during the wax! I will say it is on the higher end for the price but you can't beat the environment and the service! I honestly can't wait to return to try one of the facials! read more

I've been a member for about 2 years now but recently decided to cancel my membership bc the results of the facials haven't been satisfactory. My skin is nice and fresh after a facial at best up to 2 days after a session, and worst situations, no changes other than having my skin cleansed - something any other facials are also capable of doing. The turnover rate of the glow givers are also extremely quick - each time I begin to feel more comfortable with a glow giver, a few sessions later, they're gone. Different glow givers also have different levels of training/ expertise/ levels of professionalism - disagree with what the previous glow giver did on my face, "that exfoliate was too harsh on your skin", etc. Shoulder and face massages are also inconsistent, with most glow givers not knowing the points to press/ half hearted pressure. I really wanted to stay bc it's so close to where I live and it's one of the more affordable places. The ambience is nice and comfortable, member pricing was great at $110/ session. read more

I love this place so much I decided to sign up for a membership. I come every month for a facial and leave feeling very relaxed. The space is beautifully decorated, and service is excellent. A few things though that made me knock off a star: 1) The facial routine is different for each esthetician. You may or may not receive services that other estheticians included/excluded. 2) The LED light therapy takes a lot of time out of the routine and isn't relaxing at all. One esthetician gave me a shoulder massage during it which made it worth it. After that, it was only an arm and hand massage from the others. 3) No choice of estheticians. I'd like to be able to book an esthetician I like a lot, who knows my skin. 4) The open ceilings. I can hear what people are saying in the front. To add more things I like: 1) They use a variety of high quality, nice smelling and effective products for each service. 2) I leave with amazingly baby smooth skin, every time. 3) The estheticians are friendly and informative. 4) The membership is worth it. You get about $40 off services if you get one. All in all, great place to get a facial. read more
