I placed a pick up order of the family style chicken tenders while on and out of town work trip. I pulled up to a parking space and checked in quite easily, and my food arrived within minutes of me pulling up, the same time as promised on the email that I received. I took a quick peek in the bag to make sure everything was there and then I drove back to my hotel. As I started on unpackaging everything to serve dinner, I noticed that the honey hot dipping sauce that I ordered for the tenders was missing. Dinner had to wait, so I drove back to the restaurant to ask for my sauce. I walked inside and asked the bartender, and he has someone who then brought it to me within a few minutes. She said "sorry bout that" with no care for the fact that not only did she bring my food out 10 minutes before, I had to drive back to get it again. So I drove back to my hotel again. As I start unpackaging everything, I noticed that there are four chicken tenders missing from the promised amount, the container that housed the french fries I ordered was half full of soggy fries, and the honey butter croissants were not only missing the honey butter, but they have significantly reduced in size since the last time that I ate at cheddars. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this visit and it definitely wasn't worth what I paid for it, considering that I had to drive to and from the restaurant twice. read more

4/17/2026. We had waited 20 minutes and had to ask for a sever. And was informed waitress left for the day. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. And received a regular cheeseburger. The lettuce was old and did not receive my bacon. Received the bacon it was not cooked. At this point I requested for a manager. She came over and said she was told what happened. Couldn't get a word in. She said we would only need to pay for our drinks. I'm like huh. Very disappointed, with the customer service and food. We were placed in a booth and it looked beautiful from the inside, whoever designed this place did a great job. That is one of the things I mostly look at when visiting a new environment, it was very grand. I mostly forgot about the interactions between me and the waitress but I do remember her being professionally kind. The food was unforgettable too. Oh my goodness; I have just experienced the most horrific customer service in quite a while. When I first walked through the door there wasn't anyone at the host desk. So I went into the bar area which is normal. The bartender informed me to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly. Well; shortly was about 20 minutes after I got up to find someone ‍. The atmosphere and setting was extremely comfortable it just seemed as though they were not organized or just short on employees. I ordered takeout from here. I received everything I ordered. I enjoyed the Buffalo Chicken Wrappers. Plus, I brought the Chicken Tenders with Fries and broccoli. I felt the broccoli should been seasoned more other than that the dinner plates were good. The croissants were nice, I thought there would be more honey drizzle. I Stopped at Cheddars Cordova, Tn Yesterday 1/14/26 and My Wife And I ordered a 6 Oz Sirloin Steak, Baked Potato, And Steamed Broccoli. I am Not Sure What kind of meat we got but it definitely was not any beef that I have ever ate. We could not eat it! We brought it home and fed the neighbors dog! My Server and the Chef were great but the meat was not. My issue is with the steak. The texture of what was supposed to be a beef steak was more like pork. The meat went from a red color expected for a steak to a white like pork. This was NOT a ribeye steak. The $21 price should have been the clue. Chef came out, and I showed him the different textures and color of the meat. You can see what looks like fibers in portions of the meat. I blame to company that made the meat. Different pieces of meat were glued together with meat glue to make one piece. The Chef was kind and took the dish and offered another dish. My Server was very courteous and understanding as well. My past experience had been large juicy, steaming hot tenders w/a wonderful honey mustard sauce. That was NOT the case this time. Let's start w/the plate, it's shrunk since I visited before. The tenders were skinny, mostly batter, dry & actually chewy?? The honey mustard was loaded w/spicy dijon mustard now, not a fan. The shrimp were overcooked, rubbery and not especially hot when they arrived. Not to the loaded baked potato. It was warm, NOT hot, and it was also overcooked to the point lots of potato was stuck to the skin. They charged $1.00 more for bacon, & no more than they put on it I shd hv made them take that off the bill. AND, it was SO SMALL it wld hv fit in the palm of my hand. The best tasting item I had was the ranch dressing. Ridiculous to think that's the best thing I consumed while there. Not wasting my time or money on them again. read more

My family and I had a wonderful time here. We came on a Saturday afternoon and the place was at max capacity. They are following Social Distance guidelines so a lot of tables will be taped off. We were told a 30 minute wait so we watched TV in the bar area. Bartender was a treat to be around and recommended some dishes and drinks to us. She made the visit extremely fun. The Texas Tea and Walk Me Down are very strong drinks!! Dad ordered the New Orleans pasta and he was happy. Brother and I ordered two steaks. But the tenders... one order was without sauce, crispy and warm. Mine were tossed in Buffalo sauce. Lukewarm at best and a bit soggy. The sauce you ask?? Buffalo sauce was more like a salad dressing. One Star and we haven't even tried the food yet. Tables, tables, everywhere. Empty tables. I have a party of two. Just two, and we've been here for over an hour. Sitting here this long has given me time look at how back the floor needs to be swept and all the material conditions that need to be addressed. The front door doesn't close properly and the waiting area is cold. Napkins on the floor, and, Christmas decorations need to be picked up and placed back on the tree. The door on the hosts stand needs to be fixed. I also noticed that the phone was off the hook. Who knows why. Maybe someone was on hold. Maybe it was to prevent people from calling. Who knows. Finally, 1.5 hours after we arrived, we finally get seated. Then we sit here for another 10 before the server shows up. She's nice and all, but holy cow. This is ridiculous. The white fish was seared and seasoned perfectly, and the veggies were also well-seasoned. My server was kind, quick, and friendly, providing great service. However, my experience was marred by the overwhelming smell in the bathroom. It was so bad that it nearly ruined my meal. I noticed one of the stalls had a sign, which led me to believe there was an issue with the plumbing. The stench was so strong it made my skin crawl. So since I am writing this review during COVID, my review is pretty generous. First of all, I arrived with my family (party of 5) at 2pm on a Saturday. But since they had several parties at the restaurant (and were low staffed), we had to wait an hour to be seated. There were many empty tables and so I knew they were short staffed. We waited patiently as we understood the service industry is like that. We used the wait time to think about what we want to order. When we got sat, we immediately gave the server our orders starting with an appetizer, the spinach dip and chips. Appetizer was spot on and gone in minutes. The tortilla chips were not stale. Yay!!! Entrees: two of us order the ribeye with baked potato and side salads. One of the salads arrived later than the other, but they easily brought the second one out when I mentioned it. My mother got the smokehouse burger, which she said was good. She also got it well done so I cannot personally testify on the quality of the burger. It looked all right. I got the chicken tenders, which were all right too. Not a 5, but maybe a 3.5 or 4. They weren't stale or soggy so I was happy about that. The honey mustard dressing was decent. And I love the broccoli cheese casserole side dish. Yummmmy and savory. My niece got the shrimp Alfredo pasta and loved it. It had broccoli on it which I happily removed for her. So the food quality was all right actually. The service was pretty good. The server was very friendly and accommodating. I could tell he was busy though. At the end the server took a photo of our group. He did not rush us at all. I gave him a 30% tip for all his help. I remembered this place has good portions, so my family and I decided to come here. We ordered the nachos for an appetizer, and I ordered grilled chicken and shrimp for my entree. The nachos were a huge order, and they were also tasty. The chicken and shrimp came with a mango and tomato salsa that added a good touch. Chicken and shrimp were both juicy and not dried out. Good portions on this plate too. Good value, portions, quality. Our waiter, Dennis, who wasn't a menace, did a great job. My one complaint is that the table and surrounding area was dirty. Floor needed sweeping in more spots than just around and under our table. If cleanliness wasn't an issue, then I would have given 4 stars. read more
