Outstanding food. This place not only has delicious subs, but it's the ONLY place I will order French onion soup. You've also got to try the hibiscus tea. Sampled the sandwiches at this location a couple times over Christmas week with family in town. The shtick of naming burger sizes off marijuana cigarettes is an interesting choice. I couldn't really figure out the wherefor/why the sandwiches were named they way they were, but thankfully the taste wasn't as confusing at the naming schemes. I was slightly disappointed the second time I ordered the 5-0 as the jalapenos seemed overly spicy and my family members stated the same thing about their burgers. Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich We ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich and was impressed with the quality of the sandwich. The issue we had was from door to order was 22 minutes, and another 30 for our order. They even have a sign that suggests you are going to be waiting for a while so perhaps the weed is being used while making the sandwiches. Me and a friend have had horrible experiences visiting this place when Genevieve is the bartender. The two times as of late that we visited we were basically ignored for the majority of the time by her. It took 40 minutes to get a sandwich, anytime we reached out to her to ask if we could order another drink she would have rudely respond as if we were bothering her. She spent a good majority of the time hanging out with her friends outside of the bar area during her shift. One of her friends was heavily intoxicated literally screaming and yelling at a point where I could not even have a conversation with the person next to me. Genevieve not only allow this but also encouraged it. During our visit, she also complained that she was too cold and demanded that we turn the heaters on in the seating area for her completely ignoring the fact that we had been there for 20 minutes and she had not even asked us what we're ready to order. I'm very surprised at the behavior of this employee and the fact that she remains employed. Have not had this experience with any other server or bartender. But I will definitely not be back. I order delivery from here every couple of weeks and I find it consistently good. I especially like the chipotle mayo sauce on their subs. The herb bread is a fantastic sandwich base and they have a wide array of ingredients available. The store manager is very friendly and I enjoy interacting with him every time I go in person. Cheba Hut Longmont~I have had cheba but before and it has always been grest up until today. I placed a delivery order and specified No chipotle mayo No jalapeños pepper no turkey andd extra bacon and again NO hot sauce at all. They proceeded to douse my sub in hot chipotle mayo and fill it with jalapeños peppers. They did remove the turkey but forgot to add extra mayo and bacon I requested and paid extra for It felt like a burning hole in my stomach upon first bite ~I have a severe stomach ailment I am going through..with treatments. I tried calling store could not get a manager. Was not a good day to order from them because they didn't read the I DONT WANT list on sub...and obviously did not care.I spent money on dinner I am unable to eat and sad that whoever is working doesn't care about customer service and making sandwich as asked. read more

Well this was a big disappointment. I love Cheba Hit and frequent the Johnstown and Fort Collins locations with no complaints. But here... it was late as night but the evening crew guy did not make a good sandwich, too little sauce, nothing tasted like it had the right portions... also he was busy but seemed like my order came first and it took forever! He was making sandwiches for some mobile order or something and my order took a super long time. He wasn't very friendly either. Just nothing was working for me here.
