When we called and spoke to Gabe there was no apology or willingness to help resolve the matter and he sounded annoyed with our call and didn't want to help. We read really great reviews about USI and are disappointed we did not receive that level of professionalism from the people we worked with. We would not recommend working with this company and are very disappointed with their customer service.
