We were immediately helped upon walking in the door. Jackie had our account up in seconds and knew exactly the steps needed to be done. We picked out our new phones and got the transfer process working quickly. We waited around until our key apps were all working. Husband had an issue when we got home with syncing up his Apple Watch. Note to self, unsync watch before getting new phone. He went back the next day to get it resolved. Jackie was great. I love my new phone. And, we got a couple of new pink umbrellas on our way out.

According to tracking info on USPS.COM, The metro store on Cedar Ave received the item and put back in their inventory. When I called the lied they never received it. I tried to get out of my contract because I needed a more robust system - they refused saying, "If we let all of our unhappy customers out of their contracts, we wouldn't have any business." Seriously! So then they talk me into a new system that's supposed to solve my issues - and it's supposed to cost me $100 less per month - but of course that isn't true either. It actually costs $100 more per month - AND I had to buy new phones and pay installation fees AND they even charged me an early termination fee for the old system!!! But they got a new 3 year contract out of me by doing that (which I asked them to waive - they said sure - but my agreement still says 3 years). I'm telling you - DO NOT do business with CBeyond.
