We came here in early January 2025 to upgrade my phone and add a line for my fiancé on my account. The representative worked with us on this and claimed that we were getting "free perks" such as unlimited cloud storage and 100GB hotspot so he added them to our account. I reviewed my bill and it turns out it was $30/month for these perks. I worked with an agent through the Verizon app to get them removed before my new billing went through. Skip working with these folks and do it yourself in the app. read more

I had very bad experience with this store yesterday. I am Verizon customer, and came there, because my phone has problems with a ringer & a ring tone. After waiting in line for 1,5 hours, I finally explain my concerns to a clerk, who was obviously a novice , and didn't know how to help. Listening to our conversation, the manager of the store said, that he isn't in business to fix my issue. He said that I should go to the Apple store, because I have an iPhone. I told him, that I bought this phone from Verizon, there for, he has to take care of my phone. He refused to do so, and didn't even take my phone in his hands. My phone is no longer charging due to the cord not being able to stay into the charging port. Its old (4 years?) so perhaps time for a new one. I did not end up purchasing my phone from this location, but that was completely due to my not being mentally ready to spend the money and not at all due to the excellent service provided by Clayton. This store incorrectly upgraded my phone. I ended up spending many hours at the Corporate store on Hamline avenue fixing the mistakes of the franchise store on Ford Parkway....as they apparently are incorrectly activating phones where the sim card & actual device are not both correctly connected to the account & then your account gets automatically flagged by verizon fraud protection & suspended/disconnected. luckily I went into the other store to get something else fixed that the Ford Parkway store wan unable to do correctly & the problem was found before my service was shut off. Apparently they have done this to many customers & the other verizon store workers are spending a lot of time hearing about & fixing these mistakes. I heard first hand accounts from other customers as well of similar incompetence from the Ford Pkwy store. I also found out that the phone they upgraded me to was defective (broken gps), but they sold me the last one & said they could not replace the defective one. Thankfully Verizon is fixing this franchize's incompetence & shipping me a replacement. It's obvious that the store is short-staffed & horribly under-trained (there was only one worker when I was there while the Hamline Ave store had 5-6 workers on the floor on the same day). I don't blame the under-trained workers but the owners & management. do not go to this store unless you want to have to get their mistakes fixed at another store & possible go without service for a while. read more

He was profoundly understanding and went above and beyond to help me find a new model within my budget and battled admirably to get the necessary contacts and information transferred over from my janky previous one, which did not make it easy for him. I dropped in at 9am today right when they opened. I spent 1 hour and 22 minutes with ZACH BARTLETT, the sales manager. I was simply trying to upgrade a phone (Iphone 7 Plus) on our business line. After multiple calls to... someone else... he was still unable to get the phone to activate. I was on a tight time schedule, and he was aware of that. Once the phone finally activated, he asked how I would like to pay the est. $349 for the phone (keep in mind, while he was trying to activate the line, I popped onto my Verizon account online and spotted an Iphone 8 for $249. He stated his price was because the phone was bigger in size. ). I told Zach that I would like it billed to our account. Hold the phone.... that is impossible at this store. I reminded him that I always do this at the Roseville Verizon location. He then got on the phone again and called yet another possible employee or manager, who told him that was not an option. Being short on time now, I had to leave the store. I grabbed his business card and stated that I would give him a ring when I was walking out of the Roseville store with the phone in hand and the charges to the account. Off I go, to Roseville. I was in and out in 20 minutes. For $100 cheaper than he quoted AND with the phone activated, synced and Cloud backed up. Oh and I better mention that included in that price... an Otterbox and screen protector was also purchased and BILLED TO THE ACCOUNT! Unbelievable isn't it! I do not suggest going to this store. And Zach, if you're reading this.... find a new career. You suck. Or maybe it's just "Wireless Zone" or "0 Cubed Wireless." Either way, i'd have rather gouged my own eyes out with a spoon. read more

Joe K. was not only incredibly helpful in getting my new Google Pixel phone activated, but because it took a little longer than expected, he kept me there a little after the store closed to make sure I was set up and ready to go. Also, because I was coming from nearly ten years of using iPhones, he made sure I had a basic understanding of the layout of the Android interface. This Verizon store has the worst customer service! I went to this store to set up my new iPhone and have them transfer over my address book, pictures etc. The "employee" who helped me begrudgingly took my phone but only after he belittled me for why I didn't know how to set up my new phone myself at home. I waited for two hours for them to "transfer" my data only to discover when I got home that the only thing to transfer was my contacts. When I called to discuss the problem and how my apps, pictures, music etc didn't transfer to my new phone the "employee" told me how it was my fault that I didn't listen to him when he tried to teach me how to do it myself at home. I of course was upset and asked to speak to a manager only to learn that the man that was helping me was the store owner. Needless to say I was disgusted that this is how the owner of the store handles his customer service. I can only imagine what the employees do!! I would drive 20 miles in the wrong direction before I would ever return to this Verizon store that is less than a mile from my home. read more
