They keep calling me to tell me that my appointment is scheduled for today, & called me while I was in the shower to troubleshoot my services. I told her NO!! I'm done trying. WORST SERVICE EVER!!

I happened to run into Andy Freiermuth in an S.A. parking lot and I asked him if it was worth getting it charged. He said, sure, and gave me his card. I went to their office in Edina and the guys there were very helpful. The guy who ended up helping me was, Bob. Bob took my old, depleated, extinguisher and exchanged it for a charged one. The system integrates with my cell phone and works incredibly well. The cameras provide me visible coverage of my home 24 hours a day. I am able to view live footage remotely from my cell phone or computer. My video doorbell gives me the capacity to answer the door from anywhere giving the impression that I am home. It does give me a sense of security to go to bed at night and know that my system is Armed And my family is safe. I would highly recommend Lloyd Security.
