    I had previously used a Verizon-approved retailer and had a good experience with them, but when I needed to change from Xfinity back to Verizon (never leaving Verizon again), I went back to an official Verizon facility to do so. Overall, the customer service was great (Both Adam and Rossi), but man, be prepared, the lines are LONG. You definitely want to make an appointment in advance to save yourself a spot, and I had to make 2-3 trips to finalize things. I get it - I'll never change again knowing the time bandwidth. That said, the managers and employees were super helpful and went out of their way to help, despite the long wait.

    That's my Verizon iPhone wait number, back in 2011. We're talking waiting in negative degree weather at 6:00am, folks...

    The manager at this location was not helpful or kind. She comes off as someone who gives customer bad news instead of helpful tips.

    Great employees all around who treat every customer with thoughtfulness. I have been here many…read moretimes but brought my kid for his first PC build consultation and was blown away by the attention and thoughtfulness from everyone. Alex in the PC zone treated my kiddo as an adult customer and talked through considerations and tradeoffs he should consider in building a PC; Noah in the scheeduling center walked him through the process and explained what he should expect and what he needs to consider as a responsible PC owner; Connor in the service department was clear with him on his responsibilities and what he may need to troubleshoot or watch out for as a PC owner.     The sales staff were very nice, however I have a few bones to pick with this store…read more 1. Online and in store, the product that I was looking for was not there. The lovely sales associate did escalate this problem to their manager and their online inventory was fixed. I very thankful for her help but it would have been nice if it was actually there. 2. There is no cart return outside. It's a pain to bring the cart all the way back in store with a child after loading the car, especially in the winter. 3. Many of the customers need to shower more than once a week, and should consider putting on deodorant. Many of them physically STANK. Basic hygiene is lacking for a handful of their customers. Maybe buy PC and get a free degree? Maybe a reward system would be nice to encourage healthy habits.
