I have worked with these people for years and they are my go to. The inside of their store is clean and smells good. It is wheelchair accessible, has seating, TV, and drinks. They also sell computers and those are pretty well priced too and pretty new which come with a 90 day warranty. I have bought a (few) laptops from them and they are flawless. Older business laptops so they have the nicer features and faster performance with great build quality. All around great place and I highly recommend. I stopped by and waited a short time to speak to an associate. The store itself looks sparsely stocked, but I'll wager that there are shelves and racks of goods behind the storefront. The helpful person at GopherMods looked over the phone, gave me an estimate and added that I'd likely be replacing my screen as a result of the work. The quote I received was reasonable, but exceeded the value of the phone. Of course, the phone was paid off about a month before it started acting up! Still, that's no one's fault and I thanked the him for his time. If I ever have a problem that is less invasive or if I need an accessory for my phone (or even my tablet), I'll be back!

After a fun call to Apple, a new screen installed by their genius is in excess of $300 and a trip to the least fun bar in town. A quick scan of Yelp led to discovering Kyle at InstaKyle. On a Saturday morning, Kyle answered his phone and showed up at my house to repair my phone in less than an hour. And yes, he had consent to come over. He offered to meet at a local coffee house but it was easier to have him at the house. In less than an hour, on the kitchen counter, Kyle repaired my phone screen quickly and professionally. He had all the parts and proper technology and clearly the skillset to do so. He walked me through the process as I chatted with him about everything I don't know about tech stuff and he patiently put up with all my stupid questions. He buttoned everything up and the phone looks and works great. Saved me about $140. I've got a wonky Apple laptop and he said he thinks he can fix that too.
