Kyle is a saint! He very patiently helped me complete a transfer of billing responsibility that I'd been trying to get done for more than a month. The website didn't work, the 800 number wasn't able to help, I had gone to the Maplewood location and the guy was an unhelpful dick. I did have to make two trips to the store to get it handled but Kyle did an excellent job of explaining the process and letting me know what to expect - more importantly, he was able to in about half an hour get done what I had spent at least five hours trying to do through other channels. I'll keep this short and simple: salesperson signed me up for insurance that I specifically declined, phone service at my office, even with WiFi, was awful, and my first bill was for much more that I'd been led to expect. I returned the phone and cancelled ATT service. Store staff wasn't very helpful. It's a competitive market - go elsewhere. ...but wait, theres more: a week after i returned the iphone to the store manager, in the original package, i received the bill. ATT is charging me $948. The [phone is $900, and the rest is for a week of dropped calls and generally crappy service. Now on endless hold with "customer service". A guy at the store was sympathetic, and said he'd try to help. Really, if you have ANY other options, avoid ATT. read more

This place is wonderful! I was a T-Mobile customer for a very long time and switched over a few years ago. All the associates that I've come across have been outstanding.. people are attentive - they make sure they greet you once you enter the store, knowledgable of their products and services, and they help you find solutions (whether it's to re-analyze your plan or find the best product for you). The location is ideal.. ample parking, close to quick eats, groceries, gym, bank, etc. read more

This is NOT a review of ATT the company, or of the quality of the wireless service provided by said company. This IS a review of the excellent service provided on many many occasions by the staff at this store. These folks know their product, and the ins and outs of dealing with the corporate mothership. At this point I've learned to forget about calling *611 and instead I head over to Highland and talk to a human at this store. The store's location also means I can load up and multitask on errands (grocery, bagel place, what have you). I like these guys. read more

I ran into the AT&T store last night, ten minutes before close, because I needed a SIM card - FAST - for a phone that had been stolen so we could do a two-factor authentication security check with our financial and other accounts. Kyle took me at 8:01, doors locked, and worked with me til we had a working phone that was receiving calls and text messages. He was warm, knowledgeable, professional and had me out the door by 8:15 (with no charge). We've been AT&T customers for a decade and this is exactly why. I am truly disappointed in the lack of manners and professionalism at this location. I've been a customer for about a year. I was shopping in the mall I accidentally locked my phone and keys in my car. I went into the store to see if I could use a phone to call a family member. There were no customers in the store ...when I told them my circumstances first looked me up and down and said I could use their display phones . "Display phones" won't allow you to make any phone calls or get into any your social media accounts because it's not recognizing my phone number. Whilst I was on the phone they were making comments about me like I was a Vagrant. I'm a Sr. Woman a home owner executive with years of experience in Human Resources and customer service. These two employees behaved like a total waste of human skin. I''be reported them and this store to the BBB. As soon as possible I'm getting out of my contract with all of the services Cell, Versa Direct TV. And another thing they never wipe down two of the different phones that I had tried to dial out on nor did they wipe down the phone they eventually let me use ( once they knew I was a customer) to call to get AAA . Stay away from this AT&T location. read more

I went here thinking the company store would have better service than an authorized retailer. I made an appointment (I did show up early) and there was one customer in the store. As I walked in a man looked up at me and then went back to looking on his phone. I assumed he was waiting to see an AT&T employee. I went up to the front counter to wait until the worker on the phone was done. He then called out his co-worker to help me. Yep. Same one that was doing absolutely nothing when I entered the store. He was not helpful at all when I explained I wanted to buy a new phone and wanted help transferring my old info to my new phone. At this point it was clear he wasn't going to be helpful so I left. Very frustrating as I was trying to spend money and sign a two year contract. read more

Came in to switch my service from T mobile and left without service. Scott said my service should be on within 48 hours. Turns out Scott input all the wrong settings while scrolling through my cell. I had to call technical support to get the correct settings. Stay away from this store. They're more interested in your personal info on your cell then giving you good service. read more

I had an excellent experience buying my new iPhone today with Kyle at the Highland Village AT & T store. I was greeted as soon as I entered and was helped promptly. Kyle was professional and understanding as this somewhat technologically challenged customer asked lots of questions. He answered all of them in a way I could understand and I walked out with my iPhone 7 Plus a happy customer! read more

Once again the needs of the employees outweigh the needs of actual customers. This store closes at 7pm. I pull up at 6:58 and observe them locking the door. There are two customers in the store being helped when I knock on the door I am ignored until another employee approaches the door. I explain it is just 7 now and I have been waiting and I just need to make a payment using their payment kiosk, which doesn't require an employee to help me. He said they close at 7 and I indicated I saw them locking the door before and he walks away from the door. I have called corporate and lodged a formal complaint as well. I get it, I cut it close, but guess what employees you need to understand that the word service. I pay far too much for all my services and have been a loyal customer for too many years to not even be politely acknowledged. I will continue to share this everywhere because I think it is ridiculous. read more

This is a review of this store only. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to buy an iPhone. Although the employees were gathered around a television watching a football game I was greeted immediately. However it soon became apparent the employee was more interested in the game than selling me a phone. I apologize for bothering you during the game but wanted you to know it cost you a sale. read more

I would rate this -5 stars if it were available. The people in this store don't know what they are doing, are impatient, and are rude. It has taken us over a month to get a replacement cell phone, and then to change the number. No one can get me the correct information. The sales person tried to kick my husband and I out of the store. I asked to see the manager. She was rude and wouldn't even state her full name. She then told me to leave the store. I didn't yell at her, I just asked why each person on her staff had a different story. My problem is still not fixed. Do not go to this store, ever. I know I will never return unless management provides me with a written apology. I'll be writing a letter to the editor of our local paper to let the public know how terrible this place is. read more

Not sure what has happened to this store. My husband and I have bought from them for YEARS! Always had great customer service. But not today from the rep or the manager. I brought in my Lifeproof iPhone case to ask if it was warrantied for a second go around. Again the plastic piece broke underneath the home button and the plastic on top was peeling off too. The rep looked at me and said, "You must be hard on cases." I told him that I am not typically hard on cases and I did not like it that was the first thing he said to me. He repeated his first comment. I asked the manager to come over and told him my concern. And he said the same thing! I came home and looked up the feedback on the item. In one site on the first few pages I saw the same concern that I had. And actually the first time I brought it in to the store a year ago the rep told me others were having problems with it and addressed it right away. The two today have no idea what is going on in the marketplace once they sell a product and they kept telling me what a great product it is. read more
