    I came here to switch over to a new plan and add a plan! Everything was quick! Customer service was awesome! Everyone here is great! :)

    This Best Buy store location has been my family's go to location since we moved to Minnesota 20+…read moreyears ago. I hadn't been to the store in a while but was excited to go and get my new watch there. Good thing I had already done my research and made up my mind on which watch I wanted because the Best Buy team member I spoke to did not seem to want to be there or care much about what I was looking for - she seemed disinterested in the questions I had and with being at the store. I shared my feedback of my disappointing visit to the store to the Best Buy team member at the front of the store when he asked and he apologized and said he would let the team member know (even though I don't think he knew who I spoke with and he didn't ask). I don't think I'll be going back to this Best Buy store any time soon.

I asked about availability at other stores. I was told they had it at Roseville. I asked and they said that they could have a manager check it for me before I drove across town. I literally waited half an hour, and when I asked what was going on I was told they hadn't gotten around to it. And that they were too busy. I literally could've driven to Roseville faster. This was 12 o'clock on a Friday there was probably 35-40 people in the store, and that's being generous. And no line at the registers. I finally said forget it I'll buy it from Amazon and they told me to go do that! People call Best Buy Amazon's showroom for a reason. This is the reason. So Best Buy when you wonder why I'm not shopping there, you told me that you didn't need my business and then I should give it to Amazon. I detest Amazon, but they still have better customer service than you do.

    Needed to return a wall mounting bracket for a TV. I filled out the Return Item form on the LG…read morewebsite and received an email saying I should expect a return shipping label in 24-48 hours. After 3 days and no label, I emailed asking for an update. I received a text instead asking for all of the information that can be found in my account. They also asked me to send a picture of the item I needed to return. I sent them the information but received no reply Called their "live operator" number and got a chat bot instead. Again I sent all the info for the item order including the tracking number for the return. Spent an hour online then was told the bot couldn't help me and was given a link to the "live operator chat" (pretty sure it was a bot again.) Gave all the information again and after sending 45 minutes with this one was told my original request for a shipping label was "not processed" and a new request was being submitted and that I would get an email within 48 hours to verify the request and another 3-5 days to get the shipping label. I have little faith they will get it right this time either. How does a company stay in business with this level of inefficiency and terrible customer relations?

    I would suggest that nobody ever order directly from LG online. It has been a communication…read morenightmare. When I placed the order for a refrigerator, they said it would be delivered in one week. After multiple phone calls and emails, they say it will be here next week -- 10 days after they said it would come. I have little confidence that it will be here then either. When I log into my account on their website, it still says it will be here January 2nd; today is January 7th. The local delivery agent, LXPantos, didn't even return my call or email. I will never order directly from LG again, no matter how good the price looks.

He came out and who knows what he did. I had to pay for it again. Three times I had the appointment scheduled and no one has showed up. You can't call geek squad you can't talk to the store manager. You can call the customer service number which you are watsing your time it will be someone who does not speak english well and last night the guy said return it. I ask to speak to a manger they wouldn't let me. It's upsetting to me on so many levels. The disrespect from people who wouldn't born here the company for letting their customers not being taken. I write this review as I hope people will not buy from best buy. Please save your pocket book your sanity.

The On-Line website indicated if I placed the Order within 5 hrs I would receive on Monday, then later with additions.... Tuesday!! Finally, the Main Camera portion of the Order indicated to be delivered today, 7/24; and a 2nd portion of Solar Power Units would be delivered Thursday, 7/25.... Ironically on Monday received a notice of a problem with the UPS Shipper out of Washington state and My ORDER Wouldn't arrive until July 30th!! WTH? The On-Line ORDER CHAT LINE WAS WORTHLESS.... I Requested the Camera portion be delivered and would accept the Secondary Delay! No Dice, just run-around Goobly-Gook..... I asked about Local Store Stock; ZERO, ZIP NOTHING!!! I went to the Local Store at Eden Prairie Mall.... Received about identical BS runaround.... Geek Squad Mgr said I could PURCHASE WHAT I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED FOR $710+ (Supposed $400 Savings) and then return Delayed items for Credit..... I said NO.... I should be able to receive a package from Stock. MGR. Said NO, I HAD TO PURCHASE A UNIT!!! I said BS! and left.... *** AWFUL, WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
