And it was a standard iPhone 14, (much poorer camera features.) I put it on auto pay, and come to find out, I'm stuck with a three-year contract. Two years into it I still owe $1000. I am visually impaired, as I told them at the time - it was obvious. Ron said, "it's the best deal you can get," and his rude boss, Reid, finally getting back to me, belligerently kept saying "you signed a contract." He had no compassion for a mentally and physically impaired senior. If Ron Mills is working at this store that day you want to set up a business account, DON'T, find another location if you want to get a business account. The store is clean and the service is decent, but the crowd makes it difficult to get anything serious done. On weekends it can feel like a nightmare, and even during the week it is still very busy. When we returned 45 minutes later, the device was far more damaged than before. The screen had a large yellow stain that wasn't there originally, and the back of the phone was popped open, clearly mishandled. Instead of taking responsibility, the employee tried to blame us for "giving the wrong phone model," despite the fact that no one asked us for any information at all--no intake, no paperwork, nothing. When confronted, he suddenly took a fake phone call and pretended not to speak English to avoid accountability. To make it worse, Cellairis Corporate claims this location "hasn't been a franchise since 2021," yet the kiosk is still using Cellairis branding, signage, and presenting itself as an official repair location. Whether they're lying or this kiosk is operating under the Cellairis name illegally, it's a massive red flag. We were only not charged because my husband grabbed the phone before the employee could reach for the card reader. This is not a repair service; it's a scam operation hiding behind a recognizable name. I've already reported this to Mall of America security, MOA Guest Services, and informed the Samsung, Apple, and T-Mobile stores nearby so they can warn other customers. Do not trust this kiosk.
