Bought a new cell phone with offer of a free watch I didn't ask for. (My dad used to tell me nothings free and I'm beginning to agree with dad.) Taxed on the free watch, lol. When I left the store staff stated she was going to bring paperwork to me while I waited outside the store, got crowded inside. She came out but didn't bring the papers with her. Next day I called the store asking my paperwork emailed told no can do. I needed to go into any T-Mobile for the papers. I returned to MOA store where smart aleck Kevin gave me the run around, and zero papers. Today I returned everything to same store only to be told I have a restocking fee to pay. Because I wasn't told about the fee I refused. Staff with long face and then went to help other shoppers. Had to get up in there insist she finish helping me, as she gave me the speech about having to help these people blah blah blah I told the couple, "Be careful", and sat back down. Now her face was really hanging. But I received a full refund. Push back. Remember to get your paperwork and don't sign anything. If told of the restocking fee I wouldn't have bought the phone. I have been a T-Mobile customer for about 17 years. This was the worst customer service ever by this company. In the Mall of America on the first floor, E156,. A very short, heavy set white young girl Approached me and was very rude. I was wearing a mask and a face shield, even though I have medical clearance that I did not need to wear anything I still did. She approached me and told me not to wear the face shield over my mask. I told her technically because of my medical clearance from the state of Minnesota with the governor's approval I did not need to wear anything but I was still wearing a face mask plus the shield. I was going in there to not only upgrade my phone but to buy an ear piece as well. Because she embarrassed me so much and was extremely rude I walked out of the store and I will never use you guys again. I went over to the Amazon store and they were OK with me wearing the extra protection plus my face mask. In fact they were overly nice to me I spent $250 to buy the beats earpieces. This is Amazon's gain and T-Mobiles lost due to your customer service ability lacking respect for the customers. Someone NEEDS to reach out to me about this!!! read more

What began as 10/10 experience at this location rapidly spiraled downward to the worst experience possible with a cell service. I have had to exchange my iPhone consistently every 2-3wks due to the microphone malfunctioning (which T-Mobile is fully aware of the malfunction). This occurred repeatedly between March - June 2019, requiring numerous trips to an Apple to troubleshoot & ultimately switch out the phone. I had been in contact with my "Team" (an excellent marketing ploy even for the most experienced consumer) on numerous occasions- eventually escalated to Benjamin, Mgr of the "Team". Benjamin was extremely helpful & apologetic for the ongoing issues with my iphone(s) and the amount of time I had expended in resolving the issues. In mid June I learned from the DT Mpls (Crystal Court T Mobile Store) T-Mobile was fully aware of the issue with the microphone & to remedy the malfunction- without taking responsibility- told the Associates to remedy the ongoing issue with the use of earplugs (which had a microphone within the line). Unfortunately how many remember to bring earplugs along ..... including myself. Shortly after learning of this - which I believe was on 06/21/19 - I was struck by a car while biking the morning of 06/23/19 resulting in fractures, sever road rash, concussion and a damaged bike. Unfortunately as I had repeatedly reported to T-Mobile- it was impossible to make calls on my cell (aka 911 - I had been hit while biking & left in the street. I had to carry my bike to the closest bus stop - aggravating my neck injuries))- connect would be made but the party on the other end could not hear. Something I have repeatedly attempted to explain to T-MOBILE- even Joshua Baca in corporate could not comprehend. Instead they have continued to question my integrity- even questioning my injuries. I had hesitated for many years as I had only heard horrific stories surrounding T-Mobile ..... many of my coworkers had T-Mobile/Beverly Center for a short time before they would become frustrated and leave. read more

I walked in today after work to get an internet router and was greeted immediately by a friendly staff member. Demetrius helped me out while helping 2 other customers at the same time. I was quite impressed with his ability to multitask with multiple customers. He was great and he even offered and continued to help me get my router all set up so all that I had to do was go home plug it in and pair my devices with the router and it works great! Great customer service and a knowledgeable staff was my experience. D you're the man......Thanks!!! read more

The customer service at this T-Mobile is truly fantastic. Luis helped my husband and I switch from Verizon and get two new phones. He was really great at explaining our options and even followed up after our purchase. We have been very happy with the switch! Go there and ask for him, he'll take good care of you! read more
