First of all when you walk in (if your not there to browse but need to work with an associate) there is someone dedicated to checking you in, and you get an estimate how how long your wait will be. I initially went there on a Friday around 5:30 pm. Got checked in right away and the store was busy with customers. I came back later that night to purchase an iPhone 6 (they were about the only place left that had them) and had to wait about 40 min (understandable, it was a Friday night at MOA). When I had to wait on my second visit there, I probably had about 3 people check in with me to give me an update on my wait time and how many people were ahead of me. Loved that, very good customer service. When I actually met with the associate (worked with Tracey) he was just awesome. Such a nice guy, very personable, was able to get me my new iPhone, sign the contracts, trade in my old iPhone, and make sure it was activated and ready to go in less than 20 min. As far as the store itself, it's HUGE and has a ton of products on display to play with. Like I said feels like a cell phone version of an Apple store (just not as minimalistic). Overall VERY impressed with this place. The sales people told us they are one of the largest Verizon stores in the country and as such have a huge inventory of very popular products. If you happen to be in MOA, even if you don't need to go to the Verizon store, just check it out anyway just for the experience.

Went to this store and hotshot salespeople said they could set me up with Verizon prepaid. They put a new sim card in and said I was good to go and charged 88.18 to begin service. Traveled 20 minutes home only to find no service. Went back to get explanation and they couldn't get going. They said I would receive a refund the next day. I didn't. Called and they said it would take several days. Never got refund never got service. People don't go there!

If you are just coming in to look at new devices or shop for things like cases or watch bands, it is a good spot for that. The store is clean and the service is decent, but the crowd makes it difficult to get anything serious done. On weekends it can feel like a nightmare, and even during the week it is still very busy. It works better as a place to browse than a place to rely on for help.

When we returned 45 minutes later, the device was far more damaged than before. The screen had a large yellow stain that wasn't there originally, and the back of the phone was popped open, clearly mishandled. Instead of taking responsibility, the employee tried to blame us for "giving the wrong phone model," despite the fact that no one asked us for any information at all--no intake, no paperwork, nothing. When confronted, he suddenly took a fake phone call and pretended not to speak English to avoid accountability. To make it worse, Cellairis Corporate claims this location "hasn't been a franchise since 2021," yet the kiosk is still using Cellairis branding, signage, and presenting itself as an official repair location. Whether they're lying or this kiosk is operating under the Cellairis name illegally, it's a massive red flag. We were only not charged because my husband grabbed the phone before the employee could reach for the card reader. This is not a repair service; it's a scam operation hiding behind a recognizable name. I've already reported this to Mall of America security, MOA Guest Services, and informed the Samsung, Apple, and T-Mobile stores nearby so they can warn other customers. Do not trust this kiosk.
