I'd been looking for a tablet and had no experience with them at all. I am fairly computer Savey having been a software developer for 40+ years but tablets were something of a mystery to me. Jay & chatted for 15-20 minutes, talked about my needs and what I intended to use it for. Jay offered to send me some info on a couple of new tablets he knew about and could order. He also mentioned a different model available at the local "big box" store. I checked out his suggestions plus the big box option that he had mention and it turns out the big box store had a "just introduced" version of his suggested tablet that had a larger screen, more storage and a slightly better processor than his suggestions. Plus it was a few bucks cheaper. All in all I did end up getting the big box tablet but I really appreciated all of Jay's time and effort that he put in with helping me figure out what would work for me and the price range I would be looking at. I went back there the next day to show him the new tablet and got a screen protector from him. He was just the help I needed and did it even if it didn't earn him very much. Can't ask for better help than that. I'd go back to him in a heartbeat for anything he could help me with even if his price wasn't the lowest one!

First, Snelling Avenue was undergoing major construction when I drove there, but it was easy to get to and has its own parking lot, which is super convenient. It was empty when I went in, and I was promptly attended to. The store manager, Demetrius W, helped me. He went over the minimum labor fee of $26, and they literally fixed it within 5 minutes. I barely had to wait - had great customer service, and found the price to be reasonable from other estimates that I got online. Overall, very happy with my relatively easy Iphone fix!

I had told him several times, just order the phone and leave my plan alone. I never received a copy of the transaction. Within an hour I received the AT&T confirmation that I had changed my plan. Apparently I had unlimited starter AND unlimited extra. $$$. He also added $6 a month phone protection plan because the phone was being shipped to the store. I had declined that as well. Projected bill went from $85 a month to $321 next month and $202 on going. Manager insisted that the bill was "not real", and that my plan was not changed. Credits would come through (I doubt I would get $236 in credits) but I could not trust this salesman. Order canceled. The Ford Parkway AT&T store is corporate, I would suggest going there instead.
