The main sales person seemed relatively decent, but he was too busy with other folks, which is understandable, so he got me with another sales person. Unfortunately, I felt like he just stuck me with a sales person that had very little knowledge or interest in these iconic shoes. He had no idea I walked in with Allen Edmonds, nor did he even know (nor willing to ask) which of their shoes were made in the US, and are rebuildable or not. I am giving them two stars instead of one because the store was at least relatively clean and well kept. But after this experience, I'll just continue to go to Chicago to buy these shoes.
