He came out and who knows what he did. I had to pay for it again. Three times I had the appointment scheduled and no one has showed up. You can't call geek squad you can't talk to the store manager. You can call the customer service number which you are watsing your time it will be someone who does not speak english well and last night the guy said return it. I ask to speak to a manger they wouldn't let me. It's upsetting to me on so many levels. The disrespect from people who wouldn't born here the company for letting their customers not being taken. I write this review as I hope people will not buy from best buy. Please save your pocket book your sanity.

I Requested the Camera portion be delivered and would accept the Secondary Delay! No Dice, just run-around Goobly-Gook..... I asked about Local Store Stock; ZERO, ZIP NOTHING!!! I went to the Local Store at Eden Prairie Mall.... Received about identical BS runaround.... Geek Squad Mgr said I could PURCHASE WHAT I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED FOR $710+ (Supposed $400 Savings) and then return Delayed items for Credit..... I said NO.... I should be able to receive a package from Stock. MGR. Said NO, I HAD TO PURCHASE A UNIT!!! I said BS! and left.... *** AWFUL, WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! After purchasing a…read morebrand-new 50″ ONN Roku TV, it failed within about 79 days with a hardware defect -- no picture, just a black screen despite working power light. The warranty process has been frustrating, inconsistent, and burdensome: * Repeated requests for the same documentation and photo proofs despite submissions multiple times. * Now required to self-package a large, fragile TV without the original box or factory packaging. * ONN provided a UPS label with no transit insurance and explicitly states they won't cover damage during return shipping -- yet will void warranty if units arrive damaged. * No meaningful plan to address the absence of original packaging or transit risk. * Logistical burden of transporting a 50″ TV to UPS without support or reimbursement. I've installed and used many TVs over 20+ years with no failures -- this early failure, combined with the company's warranty handling, has been unacceptable. Far too much risk and responsibility is being put on the consumer for a manufacturing defect. Buyer beware: If this failure and customer service experience reflects typical handling, ONN TVs may not be worth the initial low price. Consider more reliable brands and read warranty terms carefully before purchase.

An agent didn't even join the chat until after hours. - Further attempts to receive my package in a reasonable timeline have been unsuccessful - it is now estimated over two weeks for an item that was supposedly "in stock today, ready within 1 hour" With the possibility of "if it doesn't show up by x, we'll issue a refund". - Absolute joke of a service. One should be able to call a store and figure out an order without days of corporate 'we got your money, good luck contacting a human.'

    This one is to Best Buy Corporate and its creditcards provider. I have been a member for 20+ years…read moreand never had a problem. Sometimes bought only one item or none within a year and my card was always active. Yesterday I was purchasing a Laptop online and the website declined my payment several times so I called their 1-800 number on my BestBuy Creditcard just to find our they closed because I didn't buy anything for the last 6 months. I asked if they can reactivate my card but their answer was for me to re-apply and get a new one which means have my credit pulled and run leaving a hard inquiry that will affect my credit. Beware of Best Buy now because if you do not buy anything for 6 months, they will force you to re-apply and affect your credit just to have their creditcard. I wanted to take advantage of the 0% but I couldn't get it and I refused to re-apply as they were telling me was the only option I had. I am very disappointed and from now on I will avoid buying anything from Best Buy.

    Can I put zero stars?…read more DO NOT GO WITH T-MOBILE!!!! I traded in an iPhone 12 Pro Max for $830 off a new iPhone 15 (I did not send the 12 in). After two weeks with the iPhone 15, I paid the restocking fee and went to the iPhone 16 Pro Max. I again used the iPhone 12 to get $830 off. All was good for a few months, I was getting my rebate on my new phone, as I had sent the iPhone 12 to T-Mobile. Then, my rebate was pulled. I called T-Mobile, they apologized and credited the funds for the rebate. They assured me the issue would be resolved. Two months later, I found they were not giving the rebate. They fixed it again. Now this months bill came in and again the rebate amount was not credited. They credited the amount and assured me they would fix it permanently. Today I get a call from T-Mobile and was told the promotion could not be applied because it's been too long. I asked to speak to a manager and was told this person was the supervisor. I asked to speak to her manager and was told no. This company sucks. As soon as I can leave them I will. The horrible thing is I was ready to leave, but they fixed my issues so I stayed, and even bought an additional phone on a new line. Now I'm tied into two years of paying for that phone. I might pay it all off, cut my losses, and get rid of this horrible company. Do not believe the replies after someone complains on here that they will fix the problem if you contact them. I did that a few months ago, and I am right back in the same spot. I gave T-Mobile my iPhone 12 Pro Max and I am getting nothing for it. I asked to get my phone back since they did not pay me for it, and that was also shot down. They are thieves. The customer service people will not help. "Please contact me and I'll resolve this" is BS. AVOID T-MOBILE, even if they are a little cheaper. Um also getting a military discount with them. This is how they treat retired service members.

(I watched his check -ins with numerous people over the three times that I have had to go this store. Waiting for up to two hours at times. For men, he was conversational and smiled. With women, he was stilted and dismissive. A very interesting observation in his behavior.) When I expressed my frustration in the inconsistency within the associates, the associate manager had the canned training video, "I am sorry you feel that way," automatron answer. I will happily go to the Minnetonka store from now on. I find them very helpful.
