Unfriendly staff and makes me never want to come back. Simply being positive and friendly can really go long way.....

Me and my buddy went there when I was visiting one weekend to just look around for old Xbox 360 games and such and I told one of the lady's that work there about my move that was gonna happen in may and told her about my 75 inch tv and she suggested to me a cheep and easy way to move all my stuff. That was just the first day. The next day we made a funny decision and walked to get a 58 inch tv and a old sound bar and in the search of what tv we even wanted the two guys that helped gave us a pretty good deal and were really cool about everything. not worth the time ! try to say I brought in the same exact st Jude pendant and chain that some man prior to me had brought , literally had this jewelry pawned at a different pawnshop I got $560 for the loan , looked up a pawnshop around the area I was in , and tried to repawn it and said it was fake because of the person prior to me . WOW I have been doing service with this place for about 10 years and after today I will never step foot in that place! I actually had one of their employees (Jay) throw a tantrum over the phone with me! I purchased a ring on March 23rd there- was gonna take it to get resized but the worker said we do it free for you- okay was sent to their other place to get resized- they had it a couple weeks- got it back- it didn't even feel like it was resized- so Jay measured the ring(it was not measured the first time right) sent it over again- they had it another couple weeks- got it back put it on and it still did not feel right so I told my husband I will try it at home and see if my fingers were swollen- nope it was the ring. So I call down there today- tell Jay about it that it still didn't fit right and I am not happy with it so I just want a refund. He said they put too much into it and I had it too long that they would give me half back of what I paid. I told him no I have only had it in my possession since last Wednesday (when I bought it the guy said if I wasn't happy with it I could return it in 6 days) Jay says he will talk to his manager- so Jay calls me back( he left a voicemail that said his manager said the same thing I can have half back of what I paid for it) so I call and talk to Jay again and TRY to explain to him that they had it for a month trying to resize it because of their mistake. He then starts flipping out and yelling at me and telling me that it was measured wrong(their fault) and they sent it over and had it resized again . So right there- yah you sent it over twice which the other shop had it 2 weeks each time so since I bought it March 23rd I have only had it in my possession for 6 days. He yelled and told me I was making him really furious and that I was just a customer remorse and that I was not going to get the full refund. He was yelling at me so loud and fast about making him furious and he didn't want to talk to me anymore and hung up on me. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! He also told me I could call back at noon when his boss(Jess) came in but he was gonna tell me the same thing- so I call a little after noon- Wendy answered and said that Jess wasn't there and she didn't know if he would be there today. So someone was full of bs.At this point I stopped caring about the ring and was more dissatisfied with the way I was being treated. The way Jay talked to me today was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and he should be entered in some kind of anger management class!!! My husband feels like Jay owes me an apology for the way he talked to me today. Went in initially to look around specifically at the firearms was never acknowledged other than a hard look...blew it off went to my car and saw I had 2 brand new pairs of Nike track shoes,still have size stickers,never walked on,the screw in cleats and tool still sealed in original bag in shoes and the neon green nike bag that comes with them,folded i side and walked in to see if i could sell them ..wasn't looking for much and even store credit..before I could say anything the guy again looking at me with no respect says we only buy shoes new..I said these are new..he said not in the box though...I bought both pairs on clearance and gad.no boxes....but before I could say anything he turns back to ignore me...Unreal ..especially in the sales business..I've been in bar,restaurant and retail management for almost 30 years and this guy doesn't belong anywhere near that business..if he wants to act tough do something else..not sales...man.....was excited to find a pawn shop but wont buy or sell anything there read more
