I had a very pleasant experience at Helzberg Diamonds…read more Based on a friend's referral, I went to Helzberg to get the batteries replaced on 2 vintage Movado dress watches. As a result, I made a couple of trips here. The staff were always super nice and professional. And each trip, I had fun looking at all of the current models of Movados (and other brands of watches). The contemporary Movado watches are pretty cool. And the Helzberg prices all seem to be fair and in-line with what I'd expect. I had one minor glitch. It was supposed to take one week for battery replacement but it ended up being four weeks. But they gave me a call to let me know. And actually, I suspected this might happen. I happened to know that Movado watches have a unique design where standard case closer tools don't work on them. So they usually need to be mailed off to a specialist in another state. Thanks, Helzberg, for the friendly service and the great communication! -Daddy Maxx Retro

I actually ended up making a custom ring. I had them put pink sapphires around the outside bezel along with a black diamond below the setting itself. The girls ordered in my stones then hand placed them into the ring so that I could see see what it looked like before I had them actually set the diamonds. The ring turned out so much more beautiful then I even expected. The coolest part was when the ring was just a tiny bit too big we brought it back just to ask how to get it re-sized and they did it right on the spot! It only took like 20 mins! I really had an enjoyable experience and will return to purchase again.
