A very pleasant experience vs. going to one of the "always fifty percent off" chains (which always makes me grouchy) or vs. either of the the non-chain places we used to go to that were apparently purchased by Satan (based on the way their customer service declined--in one case, one was passed down to the children of the original owner and they seemed . . . less focused on service and more focused on vacuuming out their customers' wallets). It's clear Innsbruck is interested in their customers and is interested in giving value for the dollar. Plus, while we were there a steady stream of local people were coming and going, and they looked happy.
