Ron Mills, business account manager in the metro area, is an unscrupulous, slick talking man but his supervisor, Reid, when I finally was able to get in contact with Ron's supervisor after three attempts on filling out their complaint forms, said, "you signed a contract." I simply could not get the transfer code from Xfinity for my paid-off iPhone 13ProMax THAT DAY so Ron said, "let's just swap out a phone for you." And it was a standard iPhone 14, (much poorer camera features.) THEN THEY TOOK MY FULLY PAID OFF iPhone 13 PRO MAX AND SHIPPED IT AWAY BEFORE CONTRACTS WERE EVEN SIGNED. I WAS STUCK. I put it on auto pay (who checks those payments? Oops), and come to find out, I'm stuck with a three-year contract. Two years into it I still owe $1000. He had me swap out my paid off phone for a three year contract? As I asked Reid, his boss, "what normal healthy person would do a contract like that? If he can't see well enough to literally read the fine print?" He wouldn't answer. I asked the same questing in three variations, including a yes/no response. Crickets. I am visually impaired, as I told them at the time - it was obvious. Ron said, "it's the best deal you can get," and his rude boss, Reid, finally getting back to me, belligerently kept saying "you signed a contract." He had no compassion for a mentally and physically impaired senior. If Ron Mills is working at this store that day you want to set up a business account, DON'T, find another location if you want to get a business account. Or better yet, another carrier, ) Ron services several stores.) Ron even had me make up a business so he could work with me. All I wanted was a second phone line. There was a good deal going on that at the time.

Long story short I never got my trade-in value. They put the blame on sprint claim they can't do anything. I will never buy a phone directly from t-mobile. I will continue to buy my phones through Apple and use their service. They suck every person you deal with blames it on sprint merger. Take some accountability... Not to mention, they had my sons phone on a forever lease (like who leases the phone forever that doesn't even make sense) did not compensate any of his money back to him. T mobile sucks!!!!!!     DO NOT GO WITH T-MOBILE!!!! I traded in an iPhone 12 Pro Max for $830 off a new iPhone 15 (I did…read morenot send the 12 in). After two weeks with the iPhone 15, I paid the restocking fee and went to the iPhone 16 Pro Max. I again used the iPhone 12 to get $830 off. All was good for a few months, I was getting my rebate on my new phone, as I had sent the iPhone 12 to T-Mobile. Then, my rebate was pulled. I called T-Mobile, they apologized and credited the funds for the rebate. They assured me the issue would be resolved. Two months later, I found they were not giving the rebate. They fixed it again. Now this months bill came in and again the rebate amount was not credited. They credited the amount and assured me they would fix it permanently. Today I get a call from T-Mobile and was told the promotion could not be applied because it's been too long. I asked to speak to a manager and was told this person was the supervisor. I asked to speak to her manager and was told no. This company sucks. As soon as I can leave them I will. The horrible thing is I was ready to leave, but they fixed my issues so I stayed, and even bought an additional phone on a new line. Now I'm tied into two years of paying for that phone. I might pay it all off, cut my losses, and get rid of this horrible company. Do not believe the replies after someone complains on here that they will fix the problem if you contact them. I did that a few months ago, and I am right back in the same spot. I gave T-Mobile my iPhone 12 Pro Max and I am getting nothing for it. I asked to get my phone back since they did not pay me for it, and that was also shot down. They are thieves. The customer service people will not help. "Please contact me and I'll resolve this" is BS. AVOID T-MOBILE, even if they are a little cheaper. Um also getting a military discount with them. This is how they treat retired service members.

Well, not only did I not want to pay $200 for a refurb replacement, I didn't want a different phone with lame iOS 6. I was pretty sure those world of wireless places would fix it, but to be honest, I was leery of leaving my phone, with my nudie pics and bank account info at the cell phone pawn shop. I briefly considered ordering a kit and fixing it myself, but decided I wasn't prepared to go w/o my phone if I frigged it up. So I did what I always do: turn to yelp. I saw iDoctor had 5 stars, and also read a review that said they got their phone fixed at the wireless place and had to have it re-fixed here anyway (made me feel better about my pre-judgement!). Anyhow, I made an appt because I went on a Saturday, but they do take walk-ins, time permitting. I dropped it off and it was ready before I was done devouring my Pasta Zola! Repair was $140 and he offers a sort of insurance/discount type of thing: for $20 he will fix it again for 1 yr, for $30 he will fix it twice in the next yr. I took him up on the $20 option and feel pretty good about it; gravity seems to be stronger around my phone for some reason!

It's now 5:37p, they tried to give us the phone back & when we went to look at the replacement lens by turning the phone over- IT FELL OUT! Then we noticed HUGE GOUGES in the phone around the lens that the repair guy made just trying to take the lens out! We called Gary-the owner, needless to say he could have cared less! He said he was in the middle of dinner & we were ruining his night! We asked for a discount on services being that they gouged the back of my husbands phone & didn't return it in the same condition we brought it in. Gary said no, it's not their fault, we are expected to pay full price. He again stated we ruined his night, and continued to argue about how we should know how hard this is and to expect gouges!!! We said there was no disclaimer stating this nor did your staff state this!!! If you cannot do the job & return the item in the same condition it was brought in, then do not take the job!!
