I took my iPad in for repair. The battery could only run the device for 20 min. As long as the iPad was plugged in, I didn't have any issues. I dropped it off to have a new battery put in. A few days later they said it wasn't the battery but I also needed another part. Then they called and said the iPad stopped working completely and it was unrepairable. They would not do anything to try to fix it. I am not sure what happened during the week they had it, but I dropped off a working device and picked up a broken one. I have been to other WeBresk locations and I have had great experiences. But I would avoid this location. read more

PLEASE NOTE: This review is STRICTLY on the service I received at the Maple Grove Verizon Wireless location so let's start from the beginning: We went to a local retailer that was able to upgrade my Verizon iPhone 6S. The service at this store was GREAT, but we ran into a hiccup when their POS system asked for a Verizon Pin OR Password. I provided the PASSWORD, tried it multiple times, and eventually, we got locked out of our account. We called Verizon's help center and they have THE WORST SERVICE because they don't provide SERVICE. They provide you with a scripted answer, and when you ask them questions that require them to go off script, they will just keep repeating the same answer. It got to the point where we were told that our account is locked for 24 hours and to just go into a Verizon store location. We walked into the Maple Grove Verizon location completely disgruntled after trying to get something other than a scripted answer from the help line for the past 1.5 hours and WOW! We were at the store on 11/3 at about 6pm and thank goodness GEORGE was there to help us. He listened to our troubles, explained that the PASSWORD doesn't work when upgrading at another retailed so we needed a PIN, something no one in our plan knew or was able to find and the help line did not explain to us. George was amazing and was able to find a solution for us within MINUTES - the underlying issue being that we never had a PIN to begin with because they only started implementing weeks ago....Something the Help Line SHOULD have explained to us before we spent 1.5 hours on the phone with them. tl;dr : George at the Verizon Wireless store in Maple Grove was AMAZING to work with! read more

I have now interacted with 5 different employees from this store and every interaction has been amazing. Even when I had technical issues porting my numbers from AT&T they went over the top to help me. Then when I had problems with using too much data from my phone as a mobile hotspot they helped with a solution that I didn't expect and was better than I could have hoped for. I always receive top notch service here and my most recent trip was no exception. I wanted to switch out my daughter's phone for an extra Galaxy 9 I had under a Sprint plan. While (due to Sprint) I wasn't able to do so, sales person Kyle was helpful and patient. In the end we purchased a new Verizon phone and he got us set up and on our way quickly. My daughter was frustrated and Kyle had the patience of a saint, answering our questions. Thank you for the great service! read more

I'm really only a restaurant review guy but this needed to be made. I dread going to Verizon stores, just a pain in the ass. This is the best store of any other carrier I've ever been in. But it wasn't the decor that made it awesome. It was Cory's excellent customer service. Some of the best I've ever seen, and I'm in the field. Up until today I was a customer for the last 4 years. I did an online order Thursday night to add a line to my account. Everything went smooth and I was told all I had to do was pick up the phone and activate it. I did just that. At 1130 Friday morning I picked up the phone at your Maple Grove Minnesota branch and tried to activate it in store. It didn't work and I got an 800 number to call I asked *blank* in the store if I had to call or if it could be taken care of in store. He said I had to go home. So I did. I got home and I was on the phone with customer service and sales for an hour and a half, then got disconnected. NO ONE Called back so I don't know why they ask for a call back number. I called back and was on the phone again for 45 minutes which at that time we called the company we were porting the number from and *blank* from verizon told me everything had been approved and it would work in 4 hours. I waited 4.5 hours it still didn't work. I went to the store AGAIN and spent another hour and a half trying to get the phone connected. They told me that this was a special case and they hadn't seen it before but it would be working with in 24 hours and I would be good to go. If it wasn't I was to work with *blank* in the store and he'd get it all taken care of. I waited the 24 hours and contacted *blank*, he said I wouldn't have to come into the store and he'd take care of it. 30 minutes passed and I showed up at the store. Completely upset because not only had I wasted so much time but I have an infant that I had to leave with my mom to deal with all this. *blank* was there and was working with in store customers I explained to the check in people my frustrations and that I just wanted to return the phone. They explained I had to wait my turn and that it would be 30 minutes. This entire time *Blank* didn't come over to update or anything he just looked in at us every once in awhile. Finally Wade came to us and looked over everything ANOTHER hour and he called port services and they said the number was never requested. By this time the phone had been taken because the other company no longer had it and when you called the number it said welcome to verizon. I ended up canceling and paying the restocking fee which I find completely UNCALLED for as all the time wasted and everyone brushed us off. I then went and changed my phone and my moms phone that I was trying to bring to your company over to AT&T. The customer service I had in the last 48 hours was uncalled for and took valuable time away from my child. The only person that was helpful and knowledgeable was Wade I recommend him 100%. He should get a reward or recognition for what he did. And be a trainer for the rest of your reps. I had asked to speak with a manager. 1 checked me in, another came to make sure I was checked in, but neither one of them came to help or wanted to listen. read more

I went here twice this week for an issue with my galaxy note 3 the wait time was a bit long but trust me it is worth it. the first time I was there I delt with Brett the manager and he was awesome, answered all my questions, and explained everything so precise. My second visit witch was today I had a guy named Dan and all I needed were a few questioned answered and a new screen protector. For only needed simple tedious things done he was extremely enthusiastic it was a really nice customer service breathe of fresh air. read more

Excellent help from NIGEL at the Maple Grove store. I had ordered a new phone on-line...it was available for pick up in just hours at this location and Nigel helped with activation of the new phone and transferred all my stuff to it...then transfer of my husband's stuff on his old basic phone to my old phone...possibly something we could do on our own but with a great deal of stress. It took a while to get it all done...but it was great to have guidance through it. Sometimes you have to wait but choose the less busy times for best service. read more

Amazing customer service! I had cracked the screen on my iPhone 11 a couple of months previous and had it replaced at u break I fix in Maple Grove. After a few weeks the screen faded and had streaks running through it. I had gone in to Verizon and switched back to my iPhone 7 which I still had. After missing my iPhone 11 I went back into Verizon to purchase another iPhone 11 even though I still owed a lot on the first one. After stating I wanted to purchase new phone and telling my story the sales person said just a minute. He called I break you fix and there was a warranty that I was unaware of for the replaced screen. At this point I was 3 days over for the warranty but I break you fix said they would honor it! The salesperson saved me about $700!! He could have kept his mouth shut and just sold me the new phone. Wow!! I originally came to verizon get my Samsung Galaxy note 3 replaced for a defective microphone. I went to a different verizon store previously where I was accused of breaking my own phone and was offered no help in resolving the situation. I then decided to try the maple grove location. Even though the store was quite busy they were able to help me promptly. I was helped by Jenny who was extremely helpful and kind. I was able to get a phone replaced and sent to me without a hitch. I will definately continue to use this store in the future. read more

Verizon Wireless is the WORST company. I've been a customer for 12 + years and I have to drop a phone and line. They won't help me out. I'm not wanting to disconnect my whole service. I just want to return a phone and disconnect one line. Even though they've had me as a loyal customer they can't do anything! !!!! read more

Terrible service! Discriminated against my 20 year old child - wouldn't answer her questions or sell her a phone because "they didn't feel right about the sale" - she did nothing wrong and was authorized. She wouldn't switch to the new plan. read more

They took my name and phone number to "get someone over here as quick as I can". 10 minutes later while the other customers finish business and file out, 3 of the employees are chatting about this and that without any interest in helping me. read more
