PLEASE NOTE: This review is STRICTLY on the service I received at the Maple Grove Verizon Wireless…read morelocation so let's start from the beginning: We went to a local retailer that was able to upgrade my Verizon iPhone 6S. The service at this store was GREAT, but we ran into a hiccup when their POS system asked for a Verizon Pin OR Password. I provided the PASSWORD, tried it multiple times, and eventually, we got locked out of our account. We called Verizon's help center and they have THE WORST SERVICE because they don't provide SERVICE. They provide you with a scripted answer, and when you ask them questions that require them to go off script, they will just keep repeating the same answer. It got to the point where we were told that our account is locked for 24 hours and to just go into a Verizon store location. We walked into the Maple Grove Verizon location completely disgruntled after trying to get something other than a scripted answer from the help line for the past 1.5 hours and WOW! We were at the store on 11/3 at about 6pm and thank goodness GEORGE was there to help us. He listened to our troubles, explained that the PASSWORD doesn't work when upgrading at another retailed so we needed a PIN, something no one in our plan knew or was able to find and the help line did not explain to us. George was amazing and was able to find a solution for us within MINUTES - the underlying issue being that we never had a PIN to begin with because they only started implementing weeks ago....Something the Help Line SHOULD have explained to us before we spent 1.5 hours on the phone with them. tl;dr : George at the Verizon Wireless store in Maple Grove was AMAZING to work with!

He also was so warm and enthusiastic with my kids even though they were all over the place. It meant so much to me when he said they should come back and hang out another time. It's hard as a Mom to do all the things but everyone there is focused on making life be just a little easier. I saw several older people who came in that were struggling with the technology and every staff member was incredibly patient making sure that each customer understood how to use what they had. One customer came in and hugged Montay because they were so thankful for all the help he provided! I was touched that even when they didn't have the product I wanted in the store, they recommended I go to different corporate stores that may have it in stock. I couldn't believe that they were be willing to lose business just to help me out. The corporate stores lied over the phone to get me to go to the store and they didn't have anything in stock. The corporate stores not only said they had it in stock but that they would hold it for me. I then learned that corporate doesn't have that policy, that they would never put something on hold for me. I was lied to multiple times by other Verizon stores. I went straight back to Montay at Victra for Verizon and he had it sorted out within three days. So grateful for the customer service and knowledge shared! They really put the needs of the customer before everything else and will take the time to answer all of your questions and help you with everything you need. Highly recommend this place!

By the way, the woman did (when I was there three weeks ago) give me the information to order a new cover.....it was wrong! Finally got somebody on the phone and they gave me the proper one. The replacement came and here I sit, NOBODY answers the phone, but you get to heart a nice commercial, and the voice prompt to leave your phone number for a call back or stay on the line....which then switches to the commercial again. Never thought a fine company like Verizon, at least it used to be, turn out like this with no regard for their customer!
