Good Job Hayden, Donny, Hoang, Emily and Yvonne. we were in the store on August 1st and the representative Debbi T. sold us the wrong IPhone 16 Pro. It was the wrong GB that was discovered after the purchase was made. because it was her mistake, she returned the device and charged us a $55 restocking fee. she was mad because she told a customer he needed a new phone because he didn't know the voicemail password. We told him to call ATT Support and they would reset the password for him. this is where it went down hill. she acted like the return was processed but would not give us a receipt. she called the police because we would not leave without it and told the police we were drunk and tried to get into the back room with her. today we find out the phone was not returned from AT&T customer support and needed to get a receipt from the store. tonight the male rep couldn't give us a receipt and his manager told us there was nothing she could do, even though he had the phone in the store and could see Debbi did not process the return correctly. the manager told us to come back tomorrow when Hayden would be there but would not give us a time he would be there. we are now out 1,167.72 for a phone we don't have. what horrible service!

He was able to draw up the deal for the phones I was looking for and made it seem so easy to walk me through the order submission. He made sure I had all the documents before I walked out the door to complete the door; he provided his cell phone number and encouraged me to contact him if there were any questions and concerns. A few days after he followed up with me to make sure nothing was wrong. He called me when the phones arrived. Dustin was extremely pleasant throughout the transaction. I'd been looking for a tablet and had no experience with them at all. I am fairly computer Savey having been a software developer for 40+ years but tablets were something of a mystery to me. Jay & chatted for 15-20 minutes, talked about my needs and what I intended to use it for. Jay offered to send me some info on a couple of new tablets he knew about and could order. He also mentioned a different model available at the local "big box" store. I checked out his suggestions plus the big box option that he had mention and it turns out the big box store had a "just introduced" version of his suggested tablet that had a larger screen, more storage and a slightly better processor than his suggestions. Plus it was a few bucks cheaper. All in all I did end up getting the big box tablet but I really appreciated all of Jay's time and effort that he put in with helping me figure out what would work for me and the price range I would be looking at. I went back there the next day to show him the new tablet and got a screen protector from him. He was just the help I needed and did it even if it didn't earn him very much. Can't ask for better help than that. I'd go back to him in a heartbeat for anything he could help me with even if his price wasn't the lowest one!
