I went over and told the gentleman who greeted me that I had bought a chair previously and loved it, but needed to get another without arms. Chris told me that…read morethey were quite busy on the day that I needed to move, but that she would make sure to fit me in. On the day of moving, I found out that my lease had been delayed and that I wasn't able to move into my new space. Embarrased, I called Chris to tell her that I would have to re-schedule and she cheerfully told me not to worry and that she would handle it. Unfortunatley, I had to call and reschedule 2 more times after that due to a complete screw up at my new office space. Through all of it, Chris was fantastic to work with and found a way to keep moving me around. On the day I finally moved, the movers were not only on time, they were early and did a great job of getting me into my new space. I reached out over 2 weeks later and Surri finally called me back after several messages. then it was another 2 weeks before I could come and pick up the machine. after using it the mask was uncomfortable and leaked air, I called back their "sleep coach" that left a message. They called and said they would have someone reach out to schedule a new fitting. It's been 6 days and no one has called. Tell your provider that you do not want to use this company. Their service is a joke, I can't imagine how they treat there elderly patients with serious issues if this is how they treat a simple medical issue. Terrible service and communication.
