But when we got to the back, it was not in stock and we would need to order it. No problem, he could get it shipped to my house for free he thought. We went to a middle kiosk and ordered it in a very short time (with free shipping and it did arrive the next day!) He also help me find the right plastic mat for the chair to roll on. And he carried the mat all the way to the front. Last of all, they were running a deal where if you got one of those plastic things for chairs and the chair you got a special discount, and he made sure the cashier gave me the discount and offered to carry the bulky mat to the car for us. Such a smooth experience! We'll defiantly be back!
