Yes this Office Depot for the last many years. Things are getting better after a few sloppy years. There are far less employees but the self service has become better. There has always been some self service, as in making copies but when the machine gave grief we had to call in an employee. Now to make a print of your PDF you are allowed to use a device that is a cross between a copy machine and computer. Place your USB drive into the slot, follow the light up directions. A charge is made in advance allowing up to 20 pages. Everything worked great and no check out needed. read more

They are open during COVID! I placed a pick up order, which was easy and fast. Except. Well, I have two last names (like Ruth Bader Ginsberg) and it can be hard to 'find' your order when it's based on last name. It took three of us to track is down. That said, we all laughed, the toner was acquired and it felt good to share a moment with the two associates. They were friendly, helpful and professional while we shared the wild good chase. It ended well and now I know better. They'll still get my business whether we're on lock-down or not! read more

I have been to this OfficeMax multiple times over the past few months to use the print center preparing for a baby shower that I am planning. None of these experiences have been particularly smooth or enjoyable. I tried to use their online ordering system to keep my in store interactions to a minimum, but I am not convinced that actually helps. The line for online pick ups and walk up orders is the same, so there is no time saver there. I often get the email that my orders are printed much later than promise, and then show up to pick them up only to have the employee reprint the order because they can't find it. For my last print job, I called to confirm that they actually had printed my online order and knew where it was (which they confirmed), only to find it missing when I arrived, and then have the employee print and package my order from weeks prior instead of my most recent order I was waiting for. The print center also just had a "closed" sign on it during listed open hours for two of my pick up visits. I would suggest trying the self-print option, but that also hasn't been reliably functional during my visits. As far as the full store goes, it seems very empty/low on stock. The front half feels like an empty warehouse. I would come here to pick up orders if needed, but definitely not to shop without a clear purpose. I will personally be planning ahead to try a few local shops in NE for my printing needs in the future. read more

It really was as good as it gets. A customer representative asked if i needed help. I showed him what i was looking for and he personally tracked it down. Showed me for future reference, the location of the item. It was so easy. Will come back with great customer service like that. read more

**Print Center Review** Being in marketing and event planning, I come to this print center several times a month to print marketing materials and signage, mostly due to the convenient location. Usually, each order is simply a dozen colored copies on standard letter paper. I've used both their online ordering system and their unique email to submit my orders. Everything goes through just fine, and I receive a confirmation that my order is complete. And then every single time I go in, the order actually isn't ready, or it IS ready but they don't know where it is, or the printer is down... and then they go to re-print it and they can't find the order and then have trouble downloading the file and then they give me attitude. Pre-paying online is not convenient either. You have to wait in line at the print center to get your prints (for like 20mins as they scramble to reprint it), and then take those and go wait in line at the other registers to sign off that you received them. So hey, I bought myself a brand new printer. Yay! Not from Officemax. I WILL say, there was ONE time I had a good experience, and it was with one of the managers, I believe. Long hair, glasses, great service. But then every single other experience made me late for my event and sprout a grey hair. read more

There's a plethora of options for office type materials that you may need and completely not need at all. As you wait in line you are satisfied with candy options, pens and often they will try to get you to sign up for the rewards program. Don't be shy about the fax machine I've used it! read more

Exceptional help, where I wasn't expecting any! I went to this store looking to buy a desk chair with the cheapest one in mind, I got the attention of the sales manager,(he was in the middle of helping someone else) and pointed out what I was looking to buy, mentioned that I was having back pain n' that my old chair was one of the many causes. He took the time to have me sit in different chairs with better support and to find something that'd actually support my back and shoulders. Low and behold, he found me one that fits great, feels comfortable and only costed $10 more bucks. Didn't realize I'd have one of my best experiences buying anything while buying a chair from office depot lol. I hope yall have a wonderful day! along to anyone who read all this!! read more

Went in to get copies in the self serve area. The machines were all stuck. The guy next to me had been struggling with them as well. I tracked down an employee. He got a coworker to try to fix. No luck, so she made me copies from behind the counter. I then went to check out. The same initial employee put a weird fee on I noticed after paying. "That's the full serve fee. I took off 20%." "But, the whole reason is that your self service machines weren't working." I said. It didn't matter to him. So yeh, they lost a customer over 70 cents. Well done office max! read more

I don't use office stores much, but when I do, I use OfficeMax! Really though. They are not as expensive as other stores I have used. The service is always friendly and helpful (sometimes too friendly in that really-nerdy-copy-room-worker type of way). Most of the time, with the exception of big projects, you can get what you need quickly. Their selection of supplies also leaves little to be desired. I started going here while in college, to buy my brand new notebooks and will continue to go here to buy other stuff incorporating more advanced technology... Anyway, you get the idea! read more

Store was not open during the posted hours, posing a real inconvenience for me and 4 other shoppers who walked up and were turned away by the shuttered doors. Definitely lost business this morning. I will not be returning. read more

Hard to find most basic items - legal pads. Noisy cart, 1 salesperson on the floor, long check out line in the middle of a work day. What's up OfficeMax? read more

Two of the staff members I ran into helped me right away and answered my questions promptly. If I'm ever in need of anything office wise, and am in the area, I will be returning to this location indefinitely. Reasonable pricing as well! read more

The two gentlemen working the print center had no idea how to use the printer they were using and kept interrupting each other's projects so two guest's prints took about a half an hour. read more
