I have never, to my knowledge, ordered anything from this business, yet they charge me about $33 each month.

I have been using CES Imaging for years for paper, ink and I have even bought 2 large scale…read moreplotters from them. Every experience I have had with them has been very good. The products ship quickly, and I are quality. I will continue using them. The reason I gave a 4 star rather than a 5 star is that their ink and paper are actually cheaper on amazon and ebay which i find odd seeing as they have to pay those to sell on there. I think it would be better if their prices were lower directly from their site. I will continue shopping here for my needed printer supplies.

Do not go here. I worked with Don earlier this year, had a…read morehorrible experience and reordering was even worse. After switching to a new company the differnce in quality and work is insane. Ces imaging has so many faults and issues, but allow me to name a few. They had the customer size their own documents, any other company can do this easily and its not hard for them, but for a customer to have to figure out how to resize a full document and go through the issue of that when they are limited at computers is outragous i made probably 30 copies in the end. Not only that, but when the sizing isnt right, they will print the full order without checking with you, than demand you pay for both that order and the replacement, thats my next point, they make you pay even for their own mistakes. They dont help what so ever. You go and ask for something to be printed and they make you do all the work, and if there is anything wrong you have to pay for order after order and when one order is 100 or more that adds up, they also refused to number the forms, and charge an extreme amount more for color, and when it came to reorder, they had deleted and gotten rid of our document and copies we had made that had the correct sizing. Now a real printer company, they dont charge you 5 times over, they spaced my document 1/8th of an inch off and sent me a new batch, we sent the document over and they sized and spaced it perfectly to the cut they were using. They helped figure out what was best for our buisness, and best part of them, it didnt take 50 emails to get the responses needed, it took at most 5. This company is not worth it and with how rude and uncaring its staff is, i dont understand how it can stay in buisness, besides forcing extra charges.

Service was very rushed and rude. I arrived at 8:59AM for my notary appointment at 9:00AM. The guy…read moreworking at the counter appeared frustrated with me for simply showing up to my appointment and said I would have to wait because he can only do so much when he's the only person scheduled and his colleague didn't show up until later in the morning (that's a management problem, not a customer problem). There was only one person who had entered after me with a package. I agreed to wait until he helped the person who came in after me since he seemed so frazzled. I ended up waiting for him to help three people who came in after me to send a package, print, and some other random task. The guy who came in with the random task was a man with a thick Spanish accent--and the UPS worker was so rude to him. Again, with apparently no customer service skills yelled at the guy that he was wasting his time, which he doesn't have time to waste, and that he wished the guy would have told him what he needed sooner. It honestly made me so uncomfortable and I only stayed because I couldn't make an appointment elsewhere. The notary was $5 but definitely not worth the UPS-created stress. 10/10 would not recommend coming to this location.

Since that time, it has become very important for receiving packages because there's too many porch pirates out in the community. So all of my packages go to this UPS store. All the people who have worked here have been very very nice. The last owner and the current owner not only are good business people, but they must be good employers because they keep their employees for quite some time. It's fun to watch the new employees learning all of the wonderful skills that come with working at UPS. I really enjoy talking with the people at this UPS store. They are very helpful. I watch them deal with some pretty difficult orders and people and they have excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend this UPS store.

They are open during COVID!…read more I placed a pick up order, which was easy and fast. Except. Well, I have two last names (like Ruth Bader Ginsberg) and it can be hard to 'find' your order when it's based on last name. It took three of us to track is down. That said, we all laughed, the toner was acquired and it felt good to share a moment with the two associates. They were friendly, helpful and professional while we shared the wild good chase. It ended well and now I know better. They'll still get my business whether we're on lock-down or not!

None of these experiences have been particularly smooth or enjoyable. I tried to use their online ordering system to keep my in store interactions to a minimum, but I am not convinced that actually helps. The line for online pick ups and walk up orders is the same, so there is no time saver there. I often get the email that my orders are printed much later than promise, and then show up to pick them up only to have the employee reprint the order because they can't find it. For my last print job, I called to confirm that they actually had printed my online order and knew where it was (which they confirmed), only to find it missing when I arrived, and then have the employee print and package my order from weeks prior instead of my most recent order I was waiting for. The print center also just had a "closed" sign on it during listed open hours for two of my pick up visits. I would suggest trying the self-print option, but that also hasn't been reliably functional during my visits. As far as the full store goes, it seems very empty/low on stock. The front half feels like an empty warehouse. I would come here to pick up orders if needed, but definitely not to shop without a clear purpose. I will personally be planning ahead to try a few local shops in NE for my printing needs in the future.

I rarely purchase ink, because my thoughts about ink have never changed since the first time I…read morepurchased it: It's expensive, and I should just use someone else's printer. ;) So when I found myself needing to purchase ink (egads!), I was sort of frustrated. How can I get a good deal on ink? I've heard of "ink refill" but I figured it was.. Complicated. Or not easily accessible. Or just not worth my time. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. Enter Rapid Refill. Once I did a quick search to find a place that "refills" cartridges, I realized that Rapid Refill was a mere 5 minutes away from my apartment. Hmm.. No prices listed online. That's a hindrance for me, because I have to carry a baby around with me everywhere I go, so if it's going to be a no-go, I'd rather not leave my house. But it's conveniently located next to a coffee shop, a convenience store.. You name it. So I drove over just to chance it. I didn't need to do that, but I'll get to that later. The gentleman who helped me was EXTREMELY friendly. Have I ever been here before? Nope. What do I know about ink refills? Nada, zip, zilch. What kind of cartridges do I have? These ones, I said, as I threw a bag full of empties on the counter. He had them in stock, rang them up.. And there we have it. I'm a believer! The total cost came to about $30 less than what I had priced out from a big box store. OK, so I work in an office. I'm always trying to save my boss some money. I asked him if he carried toner, and for how much. It depends, of course, on the model of the printer, and I had absolutely none of that information available. Remember what I said about not needing to go in to get a price? They've got this handy online form, where you just enter in the make/model of your printer, or what model of toner you're looking for, and they'll get back to you with a price. The thing is, I never believe companies check their website emails like that. That's why I never used it. So after my experience IN STORE, I figured they seem on top of their game, and once I was back at my office, I sent a submission via their website. He called within 10 minutes. (They were open) He says they do free delivery over a certain dollar amount. Needless to say, I'll be ordering from them in the future, and I'll be recommending anyone who owns a printer that I used up valuable printer time to go there as well. Savings of roughly 25-35% depending on what you're ordering. Friendly, diligent, the whole package. Stop over paying. Start using these folks. Happy Printing!
