The worker opened late, finally unlocked the doors and then unlocked the door, looked at us, and didn't open it. We went it and she said nothing, then after we said good morning, her response was "what do you need?" We were going in to upgrade our phones so that's what we told her. What she basically said was she'd just wait to upgrade that way she doesn't have to do the work and that way she can sit there and be lazy and eat her holiday breakfast burritos that were sitting on the counter. Wouldn't even pull up our account until we made her. Then still continued to tell us don't upgrade since the 12 is basically the same as the 14 or to just go to apple. The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had from any place, not just a phone place. This location might as well get shut down

The staff here is also very friendly and helpful. I did have one issues a couple weeks ago though. As we were looking through toys, my daughter saw a broken down small display for K-pop demon hunters plushies. I asked one of the staff if I could have it because it would fit my daughter's room well and he said "I don't see why not, let me double check with my manager". Just then a manager walked out the back and when I asked about it she cut me off while asking and started laughing. She said absolutely not!. Now as a customer I had no idea that they can't give away the items going to the dumpster due to copyright but to make me feel stupid about it wasn't very professional. So for that I'll drop down to 4 stars

When you combine that with the Cartwheel deals it can be one of the least expensive places for groceries around. The grade of produce is the same as a Cub. It doesn't compare to Kwalskis or Lunds & Beyerlys but I try to eat all my produce by the end of the week and store it properly. I think it is worth the value. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful and even entertaining at times. I only have two complaints, I choose to do my shopping on Mondays and they have not gotten a chance to restock fully what has been depleted from the weekend rush. The second is that half the time they just give me plastic bags instead of asking if I prefer paper or plastic because I do prefer paper. Minimal but matters to me.

Fake appointments, terrible scheduling system…read more Extremely frustrated with the Geek Squad scheduling at this location. I booked a specific appointment for an Apple repair, expecting it to be looked at during my slot. Instead, I arrived only to be told they needed 4 hours to even fix it and that I would have to leave and come back later. The staff tried to blame Apple's policies, but Best Buy runs this scheduling system. If you cannot fulfill appointments at the scheduled time, do not allow customers to book them. Completely wasted my time.
