Update: we worked with Hayden in the store as well as Donny and Hoang. Everything was resolved...and Emily and Yvonne from AT&T corporate restored our trust and faith in AT&T. Yvonne found ways for saving us a bunch of money each month for which we are greatful. Good Job Hayden, Donny, Hoang, Emily and Yvonne. we were in the store on August 1st and the representative Debbi T. sold us the wrong IPhone 16 Pro. It was the wrong GB that was discovered after the purchase was made. because it was her mistake, she returned the device and charged us a $55 restocking fee. she was mad because she told a customer he needed a new phone because he didn't know the voicemail password. We told him to call ATT Support and they would reset the password for him. this is where it went down hill. she acted like the return was processed but would not give us a receipt. she called the police because we would not leave without it and told the police we were drunk and tried to get into the back room with her. today we find out the phone was not returned from AT&T customer support and needed to get a receipt from the store. tonight the male rep couldn't give us a receipt and his manager told us there was nothing she could do, even though he had the phone in the store and could see Debbi did not process the return correctly. the manager told us to come back tomorrow when Hayden would be there but would not give us a time he would be there. we are now out 1,167.72 for a phone we don't have. what horrible service! read more

Stopped in today to take care of a billing issue. Jennifer was the only employee working there. She waited on four customer simultaneously and provided attentive professional service to each of us. My wife and I ordered new iPhones on August 29, 2023, at the AT&T store in Forest Lake, Minnesota. We found the staff member who assisted us to be highly knowledgable, competent and friendly. on September 8, 2023, we went back to the same store to get return labels for our old iPhones. While waiting for our labels a customer walked in and talked to the store manager, Mason. During their conversation the customer became frustrated and dissatisfied and asked for Mason's supervisor. Mason stated he could not give out that contact information. After the dissatisfied customer left, Mason walked to our table and picked up the iPad our agent had been using and scrolled through it saying "Lets see if you're overpaying for anything." He said we were overpaying for Direct TV and he could save us $50. I said "I will deal with that later." Mason asked What's the matter you don't like to save money?" I stated "I said , I will deal with that later." Mason asked "Are you all right?" because as long as you have lived on the planet you should know better than to speak to people with that tone of voice." This was a clear reference to my physical appearance. I had not raised my voice nor was it inflected with hostility. I asked Mason if that's how he treated military veterans. He responded by pointing to the plate on his car and saying his uncle was on active duty. Mason then told me to get out of his store and kept repeating it until I left. We came in to buy a new phone, purchased an iPhone 14 pro. Happy with the phone but told it wouldn't connect to my old watch... purchased BO/GO watches only to discover they both come with the new line fee and if you only want 1 line you pay for both watches... not impressed with the customer service ... the sales person smartly says to me - "this is an internet store what we sell comes with a new line" then to return the watches they charge $55 restocking fee for each watch. "Can't bypass the restocking fee" interesting crew - boastful about dropping from high school, talking tough - we will probably still use this store because of convenience but maybe not... we have been loyal to ATT for years- disappointed 5 employees working and 1 customer - wonder why? PS the watches they sold us were SE $100 less everywhere else. So we went to Target and bought what we wanted and guess what .... They have $0 restocking fee if returned within 14 days! Worst place on earth the b.c service sucks and the company in general is just pur to screen you to the walls. Trust me go elsewhere .

Went in two weeks ago to get a new phone and switch plans. Settled on the 12 pro after being talked into it. Manager spends 4 hours trying to switch the plan and after they finally get it, they tell me my existing phone won't work on the new plan. THEN they tell me they have no 12 pros in stock and suggest getting the Pro Max because they have that in stock. Classic bait and switch. After more talking the manager tells me I can take an SE until the 12 pro comes in and only have to pay tax. EXCEPT come back another day to order the right phone. I do so and the manager kept giving me the runaround and would leave mid conversation and was not only unhelpful but actively worked against resolving the issue by misrepresenting the situation to their customer service line. After a total of 10 hours over 4 trips to the store trying to resolve this issue I asked for the number for the area manager and received no response from emails or calls. Avoid this store at all costs. read more

Stopped in to get a new phone today. 5 employees there and no other customers. They asked what they could help me with and when I said I was looking at getting a new iPhone they pointed me at the area the new iPhones were and never came up to help me, so I left. Got in my car and looked inside and they were all throwing a football around...hello AT&T check your stores! read more

Overall pretty terrible experiences. Staff only wants commission; no help on customer service. Don't waste your time.
