The Volvo seemed perfect--especially because the seat felt comfortable enough for her bad back when she test drove it. Unfortunately, after about a month of driving, her back pain became so severe that she could no longer sit in the car at all. We tried everything, even a custom seat cushion, but nothing worked. We ended up switching cars--she drove the Volvo, which was too big for her, and I drove her smaller car, which was far too small for me. It was frustrating, and we even considered trading in the Volvo for something else. I have worked with other awards vendors and have paid far more for products I would now be embarrassed to hand out after seeing the quality of every item at Awards by Hammond. I was in their showroom one day placing an order when I witnessed an aggressive customer. I saw the negative review that was posted here and can't help but think it was the same instance I witnessed. The customer (about 6' 4") was extremely rude to the Awards by Hammond employee (about 5' 9") and got in his face saying his order isn't what he wanted, and appeared to be getting aggressive. The customer asked for the paperwork, grabbing it from the employee and holding it up in his raised arm as if he was going to throw it at or hit the employee with it. I was surprised at how calm the employee remained and I was appalled at the customer's behavior. I watched the employee give the customer his money back...all of this over $20!!! When the extremely rude customer left, I walked over to the employee and he apologized to me. I saw the plate that the customer refused and it was gorgeous! I couldn't believe the company was only charging $20 for it. There are two sides to every story, and in this case I would give Awards by Hammond 5 stars for each and every experience I have had with them and have witnessed others having.

LG assigned my repair to In Home tech solutions on 10/15 and was given a due date of 10/18, as of…read more10/22 they haven't responded to any of their emails or calls or any of my calls. Called a different repair man from LGs list and he called me back in less than 2 hours, as a single person doing this. So I don't accept any excuse of too busy or short staffed. You were sent a repair order from LG and have failed to even follow up with them or me over am 8 day span. If you cannot do the repairs on a schedule maybe you shouldn't be a registered repair tech for them. I've escalated this complaint to the highest levels including the BBB and every outlet I've been able to. At this point the president of LG support is trying to help me get this fixed and it seems so far this has all been In Home tech solutions fault for a complete lack of any follow up. My repair order number from LG was RNN241016050609 before they claim this never happened. I was even reassured today by LG that they had talked to Matt about my repair and he woukd be in contact with me today. It's now 7pm and still no call or email. I'm sure the amount of smoke I'm creating over this may cost them their contract with LG and rightfully so. Don't make promises you can't keep or keep customers hanging in the lurch.
