When I got the order and had a chance to get to where my boat was located it turned out to be the wrong one. When I contacted them about a refund or swap they said they couldn't do that as it came rolled up in a box. Personally I thought it was protected there but apparently according to them it wasn't or sound to sell to anyone one with good faith. Now this is the way they sold it to me and no instructions on storage or anything to keep the integrity of the product. Which tells me they don't have a return or refund policy. Give them your money and take your chances. For master craft owners there is a better option for your needs it has depo in the name and when I contacted them on the same product there first question was which boat I have and the hull number and a picture of the situation. They then gave me the part number and a picture of the part for my verification. That's professional!
