Although I was not able to get help online to correct the problem, Mel got on the phone with Vzn and resolved the issue (after at least an hour with various departments). I had almost lost hope that the situation could be resolved, but she managed to untangle it in short order. Working with her resulted in a huge savings - way beyond what I'd been offered with the online agents. I walked away with complete confidence that I was in good hands -- the right plan, the right phones and a commitment on her part to resolve any future problems. She is a great advocate -- knowledgeable and 100% on integrity. I went there because it was close to home; however, if I moved 100 miles away, I'd still go there - it was worth it.

Thank you!

Opened the 2nd one on Thursday this week, went to recharge it Friday evening and it would not work. Tried multiple cords. Brought it to the vape shop and the owner says "I haven't had that for 3 weeks" . I explained I bought the last 2 of this kind then, just opened this one last night. He said "maybe if you brought it back the next day" Huh?? If I opened and smoked all of them it would take at least a day to be ready to recharge. Then the bastard accused me of lying!!! He grabs it, plugs it in and IT DOESN'T WORK. THEN he accused me of bringing an EMPTY vape back to the store. (You can't see inside) I have NEVER been so insulted in my life. He raised his voice at me and AGAIN accused me of lying. Absolutely the worst service experience in my 50+ years!
