From the moment I stepped in the store, I was greeted with a smile. The store manager immediately redirected me to a rep, Dustin W. He greeted me and asked me how he could help. He was able to draw up the deal for the phones I was looking for and made it seem so easy to walk me through the order submission. He made sure I had all the documents before I walked out the door to complete the door; he provided his cell phone number and encouraged me to contact him if there were any questions and concerns. A few days after he followed up with me to make sure nothing was wrong. He called me when the phones arrived. Dustin was extremely pleasant throughout the transaction. He kept us engaged the entire time. It wasn't just him either; another rep came and asked us if we needed water, soda, juice. The whole team was very courteous. As customers walked in, I heard other reps immediately engaging them and letting them know how long it might be before they can be assisted.
