Alex in the PC zone treated my kiddo as an adult customer and talked through considerations and tradeoffs he should consider in building a PC; Noah in the scheeduling center walked him through the process and explained what he should expect and what he needs to consider as a responsible PC owner; Connor in the service department was clear with him on his responsibilities and what he may need to troubleshoot or watch out for as a PC owner. Before he could return, another saw me and assisted by taking me to the computer room (since I was there for a monitor). While I was waiting, the first staff member found me to make sure I was being helped. As I waited for a staff member to become available, I was asked several more times if I was being helped. The sales team is exceptional in their customer care and knowledge of their products.
