By the way, the woman did (when I was there three weeks ago) give me the information to order a new cover.....it was wrong! Finally got somebody on the phone and they gave me the proper one. The replacement came and here I sit, NOBODY answers the phone, but you get to heart a nice commercial, and the voice prompt to leave your phone number for a call back or stay on the line....which then switches to the commercial again. Never thought a fine company like Verizon, at least it used to be, turn out like this with no regard for their customer!

I found my current phone of 2 years wouldn't download an app that I needed. Ola was the customer service person at the counter, helping a woman with her account. She couldn't remember passwords, and Ola very patiently helped her retrieve her information. I was next in line and proceeded to tell Ola my issue. He looked at my phone, consulted a computer, and revealed that the app in question wouldn't be supported on my 4G phone. I decided to purchase a new phone. He did his magic to have the apps and information on my old phone to transfer to my new phone. He said I could leave as long as I have the two phones close to one another. I decided to stay to make sure the new app would transfer, which was about 45 minutes. While I was there, I observed customers coming in to purchase a phone plan, another wanting to pay his bill, and another coming in to make several inquiries. Ola was above and beyond patient, calm, and helpful. He checked with me several times to make sure my phones were transferring properly. I salute Ola as a stellar employee. I can see his being very successful in whatever career path he chooses. I also commend those who raised him. I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with Ola.

We went it and she said nothing, then after we said good morning, her response was "what do you need?" We were going in to upgrade our phones so that's what we told her. What she basically said was she'd just wait to upgrade that way she doesn't have to do the work and that way she can sit there and be lazy and eat her holiday breakfast burritos that were sitting on the counter. Wouldn't even pull up our account until we made her. Then still continued to tell us don't upgrade since the 12 is basically the same as the 14 or to just go to apple.
