Due to this, I couldn't get my pictures onto my new phone because I'm not responsible and didn't use iCloud backup. I went in to get my pictures restored and it wasn't working because I had over 128 gb of pictures. I was really upset because there were many memories in there that would be lost forever. However, one of the employees really went above and beyond. He ended up temporarily replacing my phone screen with a working one, got all the pictures onto a laptop, and then somehow got them all over to my new phone. I honestly cried tears of joy. It was SO worth it going to this place and I recommend it to anyone that's having phone troubles!

When I got the phone activated, the battery wouldn't hold a charge for more that two hours and the phone dropped service and wouldn't work. I brought it to Rob and he replaced the battery an showed me where the previous repair person had left out a screw that held the battery connector in place. After that it still dropped service so I brought it back to Rob and mentioned that the charging jack had also been replaced. Rob took it apart again and noticed another bad repair. He replaced the charging jack and wifi antenna and didn't even charge me. Now the phone works like it should. If you what honest, affordable, and quick repair, this is the shop to trust

It had two small neon green lines across the top, and when the associate asked me to remove the phone's case, the entire screen turned green and stopped working completely, to which he said "yeah, that can happen sometimes."
