This is extremely wonderful to me because I usually shop at the Elk River Maurices and if the one manager is working and you have a return she is so instantly turns rude, mean and makes you feel like garbage. I want to stress how sweet, cheerful and kind all of the staff was at the Albertville Maurices!!! I can not say enough good things about Christina, Sam and Morgan. They were so helpful. From going in back to look for correct size of shoes for me to getting me a fitting room. Never once being pushy or fighting over the sale. They just sincerely all three worked together to do whatever they could to help each and every customer in their store!!! And make everyones shopping experience the BEST possible experience!!! The service at this store was GREAT, but we ran into a hiccup when their POS system asked for a Verizon Pin OR Password. I provided the PASSWORD, tried it multiple times, and eventually, we got locked out of our account. We called Verizon's help center and they have THE WORST SERVICE because they don't provide SERVICE. They provide you with a scripted answer, and when you ask them questions that require them to go off script, they will just keep repeating the same answer. It got to the point where we were told that our account is locked for 24 hours and to just go into a Verizon store location. We walked into the Maple Grove Verizon location completely disgruntled after trying to get something other than a scripted answer from the help line for the past 1.5 hours and WOW! We were at the store on 11/3 at about 6pm and thank goodness GEORGE was there to help us. He listened to our troubles, explained that the PASSWORD doesn't work when upgrading at another retailed so we needed a PIN, something no one in our plan knew or was able to find and the help line did not explain to us. George was amazing and was able to find a solution for us within MINUTES - the underlying issue being that we never had a PIN to begin with because they only started implementing weeks ago....Something the Help Line SHOULD have explained to us before we spent 1.5 hours on the phone with them. tl;dr : George at the Verizon Wireless store in Maple Grove was AMAZING to work with!

I still contact other companies for estimates to compare, as I always do when contracting work on my home, but American comes in well under every time. This past week they were out here running an extremely long conduit to wire a hot tub, and while at it they wired our new sauna as well. We even had an issue where we needed to get the tub's breakers from our old house to install here, and John sent another electrician over to do that immediately. I'd had another well-rated company come out for an estimate and they quoted $6,500 just for the hot tub. American did that plus the sauna plus getting those parts from across town for less than half that and got it done in half a day.
