The staff was friendly, cordial, and always called ahead of time before showing up at our door. The actual repair tech impressed me in two ways. First, when he did our repair, my 4 year-old son sat and watched and asked him all kinds of questions. The tech was patient with him and answered all his questions. Apparently, he had a son the same age so he understood and knew how to deal with kids. Even I get impatient when I'm asked too many questions by my own son, let a lone a stranger's kid. Secondly, the initial repair broke something else. When we called the next day, the tech made a special trip between his scheduled jobs to come out and take a look. I don't know where his other jobs were in relation to my house, but I was pleased he took the time to stop by. We eventually got a replacement TV, so we won't be needing their services any more. But if ever I need an electronic repair in the future, these guys will be the first people I call.

LG assigned my repair to In Home tech solutions on 10/15 and was given a due date of 10/18, as of…read more10/22 they haven't responded to any of their emails or calls or any of my calls. Called a different repair man from LGs list and he called me back in less than 2 hours, as a single person doing this. So I don't accept any excuse of too busy or short staffed. You were sent a repair order from LG and have failed to even follow up with them or me over am 8 day span. If you cannot do the repairs on a schedule maybe you shouldn't be a registered repair tech for them. I've escalated this complaint to the highest levels including the BBB and every outlet I've been able to. At this point the president of LG support is trying to help me get this fixed and it seems so far this has all been In Home tech solutions fault for a complete lack of any follow up. My repair order number from LG was RNN241016050609 before they claim this never happened. I was even reassured today by LG that they had talked to Matt about my repair and he woukd be in contact with me today. It's now 7pm and still no call or email. I'm sure the amount of smoke I'm creating over this may cost them their contract with LG and rightfully so. Don't make promises you can't keep or keep customers hanging in the lurch.
