Not a great selection. DVD I rented was scratched up beyond being able to watch it, and I had got…read moreit because I was in bed recovering from a surgery so I couldn't go back-and-forth at the time. So that was a bit of a bummer. Also the candy I bought was like a year expired. However I don't want to give this store a bad review overall because later I went back and they replaced both the movie and the candy. However, I still have to have them go behind the counter to get the candy with the most recent date. I guess they must not be getting as much traffic but it would be nice if they would pull the old stuff from the shelves. I have not rented videos there that don't work, since then, and I have rented a couple more times. Everyone there is always very friendly. They have a clean, accessible bathroom, which is always nice. Overall I like this place but the problems were a hassle so, since I have to consider both the product and the service, my review is lukewarm.

Staff are nice but will not stop over explaining to customers. We went in to get a controller and…read morethen when we went to purchase it the worker would not stop pressuring us to be apart of the pro membership. We said no multiple times and he just kept trying to upsell us and would not take no for an answer. This lasted almost ten minutes. Also the jokes that we overheard were racist and not appropriate for a workplace. Would recommend going somewhere else where you are actually respected.
