They are always trying to force people to bring in more things. Like one day me personally went to try to pawn or sell like I wanna say bout 27 items at least and they told me no they can't take it cuz i have to bring 40 items or more in order for this exact store to buy or pawn or sell from people which is some bs cuz a guy ahead of me just sold literally 5 items and I come up to the counter they told me no they can't take any of my stuff. I'm still out really pissed and now I'm late on a shit ton of bill just cuz they wouldn't let me do anything with my stuff. I have had both good and bad experiences here. Depends who's working. Depends if you are buying or selling from them too. A couple years back whEn I was young and immature I waNted a flashy new earring and I saw the prices at the mall and compared them to the pawn shop. The 350$ tag seemed okay but it was for only 1 earring. I was sold one earring but he rang it up for 2. I tried to bring it up to the manager when I came back with my receipt and he said no you walked out with 2 because the weight was only half what the receipt said and I obviously didn't even have my other ear pierced so I didn't understand why I was treated so poorly. I ended up loaning it back to them for 75$ and never got it back because I was so frustrated with tthe experience. I'm giving 2 stars because I've had some tough times where they helped me out A LITTLE bit. By giving me like an extra 10$ on my loan or something. But that is because they get more interest too. read more
