We have been to this place twice now, once for my engagement, ring purchase, and once for my wedding band purchase. We had Darbi both times and she was fantastic. I would say they have a pretty decent selection of both wedding bands and engagement rings! For the engagement process, I kind of walked in there, knowing what I wanted, so the meeting was pretty short and straight to the point. Today with my wedding band appointment, I thought I knew what I wanted, but I ended up with something completely different! Darbi set out a ton of wedding bands that I had previously expressed interest in and then brought out a couple that I hadn't thought about, I got to try them all with my engagement ring and see what I like best. I had always dreamed of a Barbie ring for my engagement. When we moved to MN my fiancé started talking about how he wanted to look at engagement rings. Brilliant Earth was recommended by so many and a place I was familiar with because they have locations back home in Chicago. I made an appointment and we worked with Claire the entire time. Claire is great, she has the patience of a saint. She's so fun and inviting and working with her was great. She completely got me to open my mind to a different vision from what I originally wanted, and she introduced me to the pink diamonds. I always wanted something that stood out and was not traditional at all. Brilliant Earth is just the place for unique pieces. Their selection of diamonds, colored diamonds, and gemstones is amazing! First and last time at Brilliant Earth. Did a walk in and purchased a set of earrings. Received an email a few days later saying my earring were going to be delivered. Called to advise them that I walked out with earrings so the order was cancelled. They did reassure me during that initial call that the earrings I walked out with were indeed real. Fast forward 3 weeks later and I receive an email saying the product and sku number from the earrings do not match. Brilliant Earth is literally asking me to send the product back and they'll send out new ones. After staying on the phone for 15 minutes they can't tell me if the earrings will be bigger or smaller...but they'll add in a "nice gift"...could be a pen or chocolate for all I know and does not make up for the inconvenience. I've never experienced anything like this before. Not even sure if I overpaid or underpaid at this point since they can't tell me. Not sure why they would want used earrings to put back in their showroom. I've lost all confidence in this business and will not be making the mistake of shopping here twice. read more

This Brilliant Earth is just what was needed in the area to liven up the vibe in an elegant way! With 50th & France slowly becoming a more upscale yet inviting area BE is perfectly placed as a vibrant new luxury jewelry option. This showrooms were beautifully decorated with a bright modern feel, which is much needed in the overly saturated "old school" style of jewelers throughout the area and metro. All the staff is friendly and polite from the concierge, to the jewelry consultants. This location is extremely well managed and focused on providing great service! I was able to find a simple but perfect 18k gold signet ring that I wear daily! I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! read more

Amazing experience picking out engagement rings - great service and lovely showroom. My only complaint was how long the rings took to get in once ordered. We were initially totally told it be a few weeks, but wound up getting delayed several weeks on top of the original estimate. One ring needed to be resized once picked up and that was an easy process in store - hoping it makes it back in the time frame they told me! read more

Staff in the store is superb. My partner and I worked with Sarah Robey to pick our wedding bands. Sarah has been very kind, informative and patient. She answered all our questions and covered very important logistical aspects: engraving, shipping, maintenance, insurance, timelines, etc. Sarah has been great at following up with us, discussing best options given our preferences, habits and budget. The store is cute, with a lot of safety features and a great variety of products. Going to the store makes it easier to navigate the website and understand small differences among rings. We have ordered the wedding bands, since we're on a tight timeline, Sarah has offered to keep an eye out for the delivery dates, which is really helpful! read more

Made the visit for our first ever ring appointment and we were treated to an amazing experience from beginning to end. Phoebe was a huge help in the process and matched me and my partner's artistic energy and helped streamline the process of getting our custom ring designed. Great experience at this location! Phoebe was very helpful picking out settings and stones and gave us great information about the ring options. 10/10 would recommend. Something to note: make an appointment!! They have tons of different ring setting options online but do not carry all styles in store in different metal types. If you are looking for a specifc ring in a specifc metal type, it would be best to call ahead to make sure they can have those options in store for you. read more

FYI for future brides and anyone else who receives Brilliant Earth jewelry as a gift. They will not honor their promise of complimentary cleaning unless you have the permission of the prior owner (either in person or by phone). Interesting, since they should be more concerned about getting the permission of the current owner of the jewelry. I have never felt so demeaned and demoralized in my life. I will certainly never purchase anything else from here, will never recommend it, and will NEVER go back for my complimentary cleaning (with my fiance's permission or not). read more

Could not have a more negative experience with a company. Ordered the ring and was told it was a two week turn around time. Was bombarded with emails immediately after placing the order, so much so that the emails started being reverted to my spam folder. Called customer service 3 times to make sure all paperwork was filed and payments were received and was assured everything was fine. Then the arrival date got pushed back a week (for no apparent reason) which was fine at first. But at the end of the third week, I called because the estimated arrival date was pushed back to a fourth week. It took 10 more customer service calls to figure out that there was another document needing to be signed that no one told me about. The ring was made and just being held. I asked to have the ring expedited to make it in time for a planned proposal vacation. I was told it would be sent express and make it on time. They then waited 4 DAYS to send it after that. Thanks for absolutely ruining a proposal Brilliant Earth. No one knows what's going on, you can't speak to a manager. They lie and deceive you. Horrible company, please stay away and save yourself the headache. Unbelievably disappointing. read more

I had an appointment over a month ago and during it the consultant and I picked out the styles I would like have in and look at during my next appointment. When I came back for the second appointment they didn't have any of the 3 stone rings they told me they would send in, and instead of calling me so I didn't waste my time they were extremely rude for having just wasted my entire day. It wouldn't have been a big deal if someone tried to get a hold of me and tell me before my appointment they didn't have them, but when I called a few days before they told me they would be there. Extremely rude and poorly run business- especially for such a large investment piece. We will be buying my engagement ring somewhere else! read more

My boyfriend and I came in to the Edina location to look at engagement rings, and it was a great experience! Our consultant Kay was patient and took his time showing us all the options. Probably the best part of this experience was being able to fill out the survey online while scheduling our appointment, which showed the consultant our preferences ahead of time. This meant that during the appointment, he'd already pulled out my favorite ring settings for me to try on, as well as some diamonds specific to our budget and preferences!
