Agreed on a price out the door for a game over the phone and when I showed up to purchase the game they tried charging more then the agreed price and would not honor the price. the customer service was so bad i went in to sell some games and they worker said 28$ for the games and he asked for an id but I'm a teen so I don't have one so I went to get my cousin from the car and we came back in and the deal was about to be done then the manger was being an asshole and said if you don't have a id then no and as I was walking out he said they can go sell that shit somewhere else and we just walked out but again the manager is a complete asshole. read more

There was no negotiation in the pawning process. The sales clerk undervalued the popular items by quite a bit.(IPad pro, Gold ringw/diamonds/ apple pencil for $480) I expected that. I was only needing a quick cheap loan. The part that I don't like is how nasty they made me feel when I went to get my stuff back. Consider too, that they already make about $120+ bucks on interest and storage. The person who pawned my things wouldn't make eye contact with me like he was angry I got my stuff back. The other manager never referred to me but asked his employees in front of me if I paid as if he didn't see me get money from their ATM. They acted angry that I was able to redeem my items. I'm never going back, they're racist and worse than that, they don't have customer service or good sales tactics. read more

Liars that cannot be trusted. Listed a firearm on Gunbroker and stated it has a 24" barrel. Bought and upon delivery the barrel shrunk down to 22". Must be due to the elevation change from MN to UT. Regardless, a 22" barrel Rem 700 does me no good. read more

Only one star because I cannot put 0 star. I am Asian, and so deal with Asian Gold - 24K a lot. I went there to get a loan out, and the first worker looked at the chain and pendant and rub some kind of magnet to the chain, and said "it stands for a 14K gold". He then hands it to who it seems like the manger or owner - with the worst attitude and vibe, do not even say hello or anything but "where did you get this from!?" with a smirk on his face. I answered that I buy my jewelry from the Asian jewelry stores, and his response was "OH IT'S FAKE THEY DO THAT A LOT". At this point I really felt insulted that first, he did not even take the time to test the gold, SECOND he didn't know jack shit about real 24k gold and tried to make me look like I was the fool that got played, and THIRD he sounded like a straight up douche bag insulting the asian community and their jewelry. Please who ever run this shop have these people educate themselves about gold before putting them to work. Scum bags. No other way to say it. Low ball offers and next to retail prices. They buy gold in "dwt" or penny weight. Now they sell it by the gram. So instead of just screwing you on the gold they screw you on the weight too! Pretty clever I guess. When I confronted him about it I said, why are you buying in penny weight and selling it by the gram? He said they end up melting most all items down into raw gold. Well the ring I sold them has been in the store for 2 years now. Priced at 1400.00. They gave me 300 for it..... Need I say more about these dirt bags? read more

They sold me a Bluetooth keyboard. I got it home and it had dead keys. When I took it back they refused to take it and refund my money. Told me it worked when they got it which was obviously a lie. I insisted they need to give my money back and the guy smugly continued to refuse. It was a few days beyond the return policy but considering I had gotten it a few days ago and it was as useful as a doorstop I insisted they not rob me and just give me my money back. He kept saying, "you had 24 hours" (the length of time they allow for returns). At this point I am realizing these guys are criminals (I look over and notice a few too many car stereos with beat up wires hanging off sitting on a shelf). So I tell him I don't accept them stealing money from me and ask to speak to the manager/owner. He says that guy will only say the same thing he has been saying and he won't be in until Monday (it was Wednesday). So now it gets interesting. The guy "offers" to buy it from me for exactly half what he sold it to me for. What a jerk. Treating customers like idiots and screwing them for a few bucks? I tell him, it's not worth it to totally f!@# me over for a few bucks, it just doesn't make good business sense. Anyway, these guys are criminals. Oh, also, the stuff there is overpriced. My advise is don't pay their near retail prices for broken junk that you will not be able to return even if they sell you stuff that doesn't work. You are better off paying a couple bucks more, getting it new, or at another pawnshop for less, and having less of a chance at getting scammed by these methheads. Also, one of them yelled at my kid for dropping some popcorn on the floor (not the same day -- the business next door gives away free popcorn). Seriously. read more
