I dropped the truck off for repair, and while I understood repairs can sometimes take a while, the process took a very long time. Eventually, I received one phone call letting me know the repair had been completed. Unfortunately, after 90 days of not picking it up, I later learned that the truck had been surrendered. What's hardest for me to understand is that I never received a second phone call, voicemail, warning, or any kind of notice that my truck was about to be surrendered. Not one. What makes this especially frustrating is that over the years I've received numerous phone calls from the store over much smaller things -- special-ordered parts, minor items, and other routine pickups. So it's difficult for me to understand why there wasn't more effort made to contact me over something worth nearly $2,000 and carrying so much personal value. This hobby store means a lot to me personally. My late father used to take me there when I was younger, and some of my best memories with him came from spending time there together. These days, I love bringing my own two children there and sharing the same hobby with them. That's why this situation feels so devastating. It wasn't just an RC truck to me. It represented years of memories, time, money, and something meaningful I shared across generations of my family. I understand businesses have policies, and I'm not trying to attack anyone personally. I just truly wish more effort had been made before permanently surrendering something that clearly meant so much to a longtime customer. My old one has worn out and I couldn't find one in Office Depot or Staples, to just buy just a cover. I checked online and it said that Hobby Lobby likely carries them.. So my first visit today in search for a cover. And no, I couldn't find one, even though I came across other binder covers that could probably work...but they were too bulky :-( I was surprised how big this store was and that it carried a wide variety of merchandise though. Even though I didn't find the Day Planner Cover I was in search of, I did end up buying some office supply nick knacks that can come in handy someday.... I don't know if I will back, since this store is a little out of the way for me, but it was an interesting field trip!

Aisles overflowing with an ever changing selection. Plenty of free parking. Rock bottom prices and you might occasionally find just what you need. When they receive *free* promos to give out for weekly TCGs- they won't make you go another round to have an ultimate winner- you can go undefeated and they still will not give you the "winners" pack. They also have singles and sealed sports cards. I've been coming here for about two years and before the boom in One Piece and Pokemon they were always stocked with the best prices. Nowadays just like everywhere else you can't find anything sealed. Although I haven't gone to a release myself they do a great job at distributing product at good prices. I love coming in when I'm up in Maple Grove and will continue to come back!

His tone and delivery was extremely rude and unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

After speaking with a manager to correct the charge I was told that the game was just mislabeled and I was charged correctly. Somehow that was my fault and she took it a step further to blame "someone" for removing the real tag that was to cover up the $20 tag. That did not feel good. Small interactions like this destroy reputations and further patronage. Ownership of the mislabeled product would have had me coming back here for years to come and $,$$$ more to spend. Unfortunately, I can find ALL of these toys online where the price is properly labeled and I will not be accused of price changes.
