They do have classes in the basement that I think are usually free- dance classes and music classes. I can't wait til my boys are old enough to go! But it's boutique stuff that you can't buy at Babies-R-Us or Target. It's convenient and a nice touch! This plaza has a lot of parking. I've never had problems finding a spot. This store has the best Sanrio merchandise. I have bought a number of Sanrio figurines. They are cute, cheap, and sturdy. They have flown back home with me in pristine condition. The plushie selection is also excellent. Squishmallows go for $6 each. I have purchased many cool ones from this store over the years. I also got a Squishmallows bracelet that was cool. The snacks and candy are great. I have purchased M&M's and Haribo gummies from this store. They satisfied my cravings and are reasonably priced. I like the phone accessories here. From a corded travel mouse, to phone mounts, there's something practical and cool to purchase. I liked the Twizzlers wall charger and sushi phone case. Sadly, the latter was for an iPhone. That's why this situation has been so hard. I dropped off an RC truck for repair and expected it might take some time. What I didn't expect was how long it actually took -- months and months passed while I waited. Eventually, when I called to check on it, I was told the truck had already been surrendered after 90 days. That news was absolutely heartbreaking. This wasn't just a piece of equipment to me. It was something I had invested a lot into and something tied to years of enjoyment in this hobby. I understand that businesses have policies, and I don't doubt they have rules in place, but learning about it only after the fact made the loss feel even worse. Eventually, I received one phone call letting me know the repair had been completed. Unfortunately, after 90 days of not picking it up, I later learned that the truck had been surrendered. What's hardest for me to understand is that I never received a second phone call, voicemail, warning, or any kind of notice that my truck was about to be surrendered. Not one. What makes this especially frustrating is that over the years I've received numerous phone calls from the store over much smaller things -- special-ordered parts, minor items, and other routine pickups. So it's difficult for me to understand why there wasn't more effort made to contact me over something worth nearly $2,000 and carrying so much personal value. This hobby store means a lot to me personally. My late father used to take me there when I was younger, and some of my best memories with him came from spending time there together. These days, I love bringing my own two children there and sharing the same hobby with them. That's why this situation feels so devastating. It wasn't just an RC truck to me. It represented years of memories, time, money, and something meaningful I shared across generations of my family. There's a ton of other figures I would like to collect but my poor wallet can't fund it at the moment. I ended up getting 2 free blind boxes as they extended the black Friday offer which was a nice treat. The staff at check out were really nice & patient.
