I bought a Smok Novo without any of us realizing that the stock coils are garbage for anything but Salt Nic juice. He went so far as to be the only store in the area willing to special order mesh coils for an unpopular tank just for me! He even filled up one of my cruddy tanks with Salt Nic gratis until the shipment of new coils came in. This is why this is my husband and my ecig home for life. I have gone to the other bigger shops and they are so impersonal. I love having a small hometown shop that knows my juice flavor and strength when I walk in the door. They even remember which cartomizers I use for my tank. I recommend them to all my friends because of their honest attitudes. They have never tried to sell me the most expensive models as they know I want the mid range set ups. There is a reason they have been around as long as they have, they have earned their positive reputation in our community of Anoka and the surrounding cities.
