I was partial to the lava 2 vape sticks and pods (the juul type one not the disposable stick), and was disheartened when I couldn't get that out here. I've been to this shop a handful of times now, and they helped me find a vape I liked even better the first visit (swift icon), which they were unfortunately out of my 2nd visit, but then recommended oxbar, which I was not disappointed with. The next time I went they technically had the one I wanted but the shipment hadn't been opened and stocked yet, so I was going to settle on the backup they recommended and the 2 sales people were so nice they asked me if I could wait a few mins and went and opened up exactly what I wanted and started whatever they're process is, in order for me to be able to purchase my preference. All the sales people ive encountered have been super helpful, and I've sincerely appreciated their honesty in their opinions on the vapes, flavors, and what is an exact match to what I'm looking for or pretty damn close. Also appreciate that they've never tried to sell me a more expensive vape just bc they could and really try to match the product to the customer's wants not just move the most expensive off the shelf.

It's very clean and well organized, and in a safe area. The prices are better than any other shop in the area, based on what I've seen. My dealings with them have always been fair, honest, and they carry good quality products. Unlike your usual head shop, I don't feel like I'm overpaying here even when compared to online prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's usually a couple folks working so you never wait long. I've dealt with several different staff members (and the owner/manager I think?) over the years and they always know their stuff and can give quality recommendations. I think this place deserves a much better rating than it currently has, it's the best this side of the river.

I was disgusted and avoid him now. I always go over to the second cash register on the side, even if I have to wait a little while for someone else to help me. Buyer beware! This shop sells VERY expired Vapes (ELFBAR brand) without making it clear to the…read morecustomer they are expired. On Jan 9, I purchased 4 ELFBAR vapes and discovered later they were 18 months and 28 months EXPIRED. I called the shop, spoke to a female who identified herself as the Manager, and I requested a refund. I also pointed out that in the State of MN "Vape shops are NOT allowed to sell expired vapes". She refused to issue me a refund, and then went on to say they WERE allowed to sell expired vapes as long as they tell the customer they're expired, and the customer agrees to purchase an expired product. I told her they certainly did NOT advise me these were expired, nor were they displayed with any signage within the display case indicating these were OLD and expired. This is clearly a case where the business knows they're engaged in deceptive practices and even when challenged, they're unwilling to do the right thing or even back down from defending their deception. Buyer beware.

TLDR: Would've been a loyal and repeat customer if this had worked out…read more When they say their return policy is 24 hours, that also means EXCHANGES. Bought a new device here a few days ago, COMPLETELY stopped working two days later. Went back to try to exchange it. Nada. Offered 30% off another product - gouging for money. They need to be way more transparent about returns + EXCHANGES. If you shop here, you run the risk of throwing money down the toilet. I will never go here again. Not trustworthy. LONG READ: I have been an avid ecig smoker/vaper for over 5 years. My boyfriend went in here about five days ago and surprised me with a new piece from this store. He was warned that there is a 24 hour return policy - as I completely understand how returns cause loss at these establishments. It worked great for the first day. We had to leave town the next day for the holidays. It stopped working. Completely. The thing was completely dead. Even though it was fully charged. Never dropped it or dunked it in water or anything. Now. I am not saying that the defective item was the fault of this establishment. My boyfriend finally had the chance to go over there and ask about EXCHANGES which they failed to tell him when they warned him about the 24 hour return policy. I have worked in retail for many many years and the return policy is always different than an exchange policy. I wanted the same exact vape device in the same exact color or another color or even a different vape device of the same or similar price. The best they could do was offer 30% off of any other device. I am severely and wildly disappointed. I don't care if they are "knowledgeable" or "friendly", they're salespeople. They will tell you that any vape they have in that store is great. That's their job. The other part of their job SHOULD be adequate redemption for a faulty product. And I will say again, I fully respect the 24 hour RETURN policy and the communication of that. But I fully resent what was not said about exchanges or even store credit. My boyfriend lives in WBL and has been bugging me about coming here for weeks because he heard it's like the best place ever. Never ever will I go to this establishment ever, ever, ever. AND I do not recommend anyone else go here either unless you want to be scammed and buy things that have absolutely zero warranty from a place that will take absolutely zero responsibility for defective items that they sell.
