I looked extensively on their website and reviews to see what the shop was like before making my trip over. All the reviews I came across were positive and their history video on their website seemed really welcoming! My experience at the store was exactly that - comfortable, positive, welcoming, and informative! I didn't feel like I needed to know everything about vaping just to step foot in the door. The guy helping me was very nice and explained everything from coils to wattage to very in-depth liquid flavors. I told him what liquids I usually smoke and he had excellent recommendations (and some "absolutely do not use this one" moments). Their juice prices are about what you'd expect anywhere else (~$25/bottle) and their coil prices are the best I've ever found in any vape shop ($16 for a 5-pack). I was nervous about parking because it is located on busy Snelling Ave, but there is curb parking for about three cars right in front of the shop and the parking lot next to the nail place is shared with the vape shop (despite it saying it's for the nail shop only). I'm very happy to say I've found my new regular shop. The experience was great! They even have a very large grey cat who will grace you with its presence if you are worthy.

I ended up staying and chatting for about an hour with the owners, who are really funny, knowledgeable and never pressure you to buy anything. I use and am happy with my eGo style battery and did upgrade to a Protank, because I was tired of cracking/leaky tanks, but they've never pressured me into upgrading to a mod or anything else. Of course I know they'd be helpful if I ever did want to, but respect that's not what I'm interested in now. They have a tasting bar, and their juices are awesome. Their tobaccos are some of the best I've had, and they have a great assortment of unique flavors I haven't found anywhere else, too. Their fruit flavors, which I'm not usually a fan of, are really realistic, and I've picked up a couple to mix things up now and again. I have and definitely will continue to return.

The next time I went they technically had the one I wanted but the shipment hadn't been opened and stocked yet, so I was going to settle on the backup they recommended and the 2 sales people were so nice they asked me if I could wait a few mins and went and opened up exactly what I wanted and started whatever they're process is, in order for me to be able to purchase my preference. All the sales people ive encountered have been super helpful, and I've sincerely appreciated their honesty in their opinions on the vapes, flavors, and what is an exact match to what I'm looking for or pretty damn close. One of employees was incredibly confrontational with the gentleman before me in line, who was doing absolutely nothing wrong. It seemed as if the employee was trying to start a fight with the poor guy, who was just trying to make a small purchase. When I got to the counter myself I asked the other employee a very simple question about one of the products and he gave me a look like I was an absolute moron. I then asked the question in a different way and he did the same thing; just treated me with utter disrespect. What a terrible experience. Needless to say, I left without making any of the purchases I intended to, will never go back, and will tell all my friends in the area never to go there either.
