Feeling real sexy today Needed a smoke and when to my favorite local smoke shop. This gorgeous goddess told me I look like I was born in the 2000's. She didn't believe I was my age lol. Mind you I just worked a 13hr shift and haven't been to bed yet. As if I needed another reason to make this my favorite smoke shop!! Lol. I'm here like 2-3 times a week. When the big guy is there he's playing some great 90:s rock but definitely have my new favorite person I highly recommend this place. Great prices, good vibes, wonderful customer service and as far as cigars go.. I rarely go to my cigar lounge anymore because of this place Extra points they openat 8am. The others places you have to wait until 9 or 10am that makes a HUGE difference when I work 3rd shift and get off at 7am. Just another reason I go here read more

I took my friend here on our way to get some low-nicotine vape juice, and as always, the employees were very knowledgeable and gave us some amazing recommendations. They even provided a veterans' discount as well as other promotions. They have a very large cat that lounges around, which you can pet too! read more

Staff is really friendly, but stock management has plummeted in the last year. Impossible to step down nicotine levels here without being willing to use fluid that you don't like. Maybe one out of the last ten times I've visited have they had the flavors that i want in the nicotine levels that I need to decrease. Not sure what happened, but I have found an online service and will no longer be using this store. read more

First week I bought a vaporesso, the person working suggested a 50mg nic juice, got home and completely burned my throat. Hit way too hot. I know nothing about vapes. The second weekend I explained what happened and they recommended a 35MG nic, got home and burned the f out of my throat again. The first week I had my buddy put his loon juice in and no problems. Don't trust this place. They must be buying a he cheaper less quality juices. They also have multiple cats walking around the shop, be aware if you are allergic. I suggest finding a different vape shop. This is the worst one I've ever been to. The ppl working have no vape knowledge. awful service read more

Everything is overpriced. I got this qurious vape from them that was 55 after tax. Down the road is vape pro that has the same exact vape for 25. Years esco bars are about 40 dollars when they shouldn't be anywhere passed 23$. Save your money and go to vape pro's read more

I've been ordering my vape supplies online for the last year or so because I always hate the kinda douche-y vibe most vape shops and their employees have, but when I moved back to the Cities and wasn't able to order liquids anymore I had to find a new shop... in comes Imperial Vapor! I looked extensively on their website and reviews to see what the shop was like before making my trip over. All the reviews I came across were positive and their history video on their website seemed really welcoming! My experience at the store was exactly that - comfortable, positive, welcoming, and informative! I didn't feel like I needed to know everything about vaping just to step foot in the door. The guy helping me was very nice and explained everything from coils to wattage to very in-depth liquid flavors. I told him what liquids I usually smoke and he had excellent recommendations (and some "absolutely do not use this one" moments). Their juice prices are about what you'd expect anywhere else (~$25/bottle) and their coil prices are the best I've ever found in any vape shop ($16 for a 5-pack). I was nervous about parking because it is located on busy Snelling Ave, but there is curb parking for about three cars right in front of the shop and the parking lot next to the nail place is shared with the vape shop (despite it saying it's for the nail shop only). I'm very happy to say I've found my new regular shop. The experience was great! They even have a very large grey cat who will grace you with its presence if you are worthy. read more

Sid i great! He was so helpful and friendly. I am new to vaping, a friend recommended Imperial and he did a great job explaining how everything works and help me pick a set up that works best for me. He was patient while recommending and letting me try several different vape juices. They also do discounts for those in recovery, students and I believe military. I highly recommend imperial Vapor. -Update! I came in again today and Chad was so nice. He truly made it an amazing experience. Even though it's a further drive then to Vape Pros, it's worth it for the customer service. Thanks Chad! read more

Very over priced. Felt very targeted as a person of color. They wouldn't accept my id from outta state and told me it looks fake. As I was walking towards my car after being denied service, one of the workers went up to his coworker (talking to him) then proceeded to point at my car laughing at me. read more

Only shop I will go to in the area. Knowledgeable and helpful employees, good selection of devices, reasonable non-gougey prices, TWO CATS, and the shop isn't full of douchebags. read more

Everyone at imperial is super knowledgeable and friendly. I come in at least once a week for vape juice or some issue/question I might have and they have always gone above and beyond to help me out. Also, their selection is awesome; they carry some really great quality juice. I would trust these guys over anyone else and I've been to vape shops in a few different states and no one compares to them! read more

Best shop to go to, other places have terrible quality. These guys get premium equipment and juice, for a fair price. And there is a shop cat. read more

Friendliest and most helpful e-cig/liquid shop in the Twin Cities. After checking out every vape store I could in the Cities, I continue to take my business here. Very friendly staff that don't make you feel dumb. I've had some super shitty experiences at other shops. Great selection, and I always find something new that I like. Awesome lounge area, and although I haven't had time to chill there, it's obviously very comfortable and welcoming to everyone. read more

Best place to go!!! The guys are always so helpful and know what they're talking about! A very nice and relaxing atmosphere and an amazing selection of products! Deffinetly stop in and say what's up! read more

I really like this place. I was just stopping by Minneapolis and forgot my vape--they hooked me up with a mod, tank and some great juice. The service is tops and they have a really chill vibe. Definitely recommend. read more

Great vibe, great equipment, friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you don't care what you vape, and would just as soon pay ten bucks for a gas station e-cig, this isn't the place for you, because they *do* care, and cater to those who do as well. Better yet, maybe that's exactly who should go visit, people who think they don't care. Get some recommendations, try some things, and you'll see that it's worth it to purchase from purveyors who put their heart as well as their intellect into what they provide. Also, there is a kitty. I don't know about you, but that alone is worth a visit. read more

Impeccable service, relaxed atmosphere. I'll probably never go anywhere else for as long as I vape, they are the best.

Jacob was a great help and set me up well! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and they helped me out a lot. They also didn't try to upsell me and didn't make me feel uncomfortable for not knowing what I wanted. I loved that!! read more

My partner and I have been in to Imperial several times now. We both Love the fact that the staff is small. You know when you go to Imperial who your going to see and what your experience is going to be like because it truly is ALWAYS the same! Their standard on customer service is straight out of the old school way of doing business. What I mean by that is they actually care! I mean like REALLY care. Your not going to go to Imperial Vapor and walk out unhappy, uneducated, or without options! If they don't have exactly what you're looking for they have something like it, or they will do their best to get it for you! My partner and I also like that when we shop at Imperial Vapor we are contributing to small, independent local businesses owners! Imperial Vapor in our opinion really do their best every time you visit. And it's companies like these Brothers have at Imperial that will start making it so the chain companies either have to change how they treat their customers or leave all together. Because I know for my partner and I we would much rather spend a couple ( literally ) extra dollars at a small businesses that cares then at a big company that doesn't care or do quality control! SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS! Their worth it, and so is your piece of mind. read more

Best vape shop I've been too. I've been to others trying to find my favorite and came back to here. The guys are always friendly and talkative, very helpful, and there's a cat. read more

opened late, messy, stocked shelves while he helped me and didn't seem too interested in what I was asking.
